We had the best time as teens n 20s back then. Had cell phones and internet but it wasn't the focus of everyones lives like now. We still went out n had fun and interacted with other people!! Social media didn't control us!!

caseylamont I love that idea. Its deeply flawed but speaks to us. If you want to perpetually enjoy the past you can't have a memory, repetition is dull. Would you prefer to live the "greatest hits" of your life over and over again like it was the first time? or do you prefer to have the memories. In my opinion memories are sweet and the feeling of wanting to experience them again should motivate you to make new memories
