Today I will share how to use expiring yogurt to make easy, soft, delicious, and beautiful white bread/bun! I really love to make homemade bread with few ingredients. You will definitely be surprised by the result! Learning how to bake delicious bread with me!

250g Yogurt
42g Honey
3g Instant yeast
1 Egg
250g All-purpose or bread flour
3g Salt
30ml Olive oil

Add 1 cup of sour yogurt to flour. Mix. Keep 12 hours or overnight in warm place. Make bread. Yeast is not used. In Türkiye this method is used to make bread

I tried it both ways. I liked the yeast🤷🏼♀️
I make my pizza dough like this. Yogurt, flour, touch of sugar. Great pizza base
I tried this bread recipe with some leftover yogurt I had not used yet. Instead of a baking sheet, I used two glass bread loaf pans. Amazing results! Bread stayed fluffy for several days. Will definitely make this again when I get more yogurt. Thank you Helly 🙂
Making bread everyday, making dough 1 or 2 times per week... I started this dough before my short work shift and by the time i got home from work.. it doubled in size. I'm excited to see how it tastes with YOGURT as an ingredient... am waiting for the rise before it goes in oven... I just wanted to type this note to Helly, for inspiring a unique video. Thankyou
It’s amazing ing how everyone makes bread so differently . Have not seen eggs or yogurt before . As with so many things in life there are various ways to get the same result . What I like about this recipe is the higher protein . Looks delicious!

It's literally just sweet bread which is normally made with Vanilla extract but this works too🤷 looks good tbh!
I'm making the first recipe right now! My dough is rising. I was ecstatic that my dough was soft, smooth and elastic, just like Helly's! I'll come back and update after the final results. So far, I'm happy!

@@elibell5098 was it just 1 cup of flour?? what kind of yogurt did you use? was it full fat or reduced??

@@wordsleuth992 It's like a cup plus a little extra, translating from grams to cups is a little inaccurate. For the yogurt, I had some yogurt around that I didn't like, it was reduced fat I think and honey flavored. It worked really well in the recipe. The sourness helped the bread's overall result. When I make it again, I'm going to use a more favorite full fat yogurt, I think it would be even better! Good luck!

I finally finished the bread rolls made with yoghurt. ... wow.Wow yum delish. I also saw other videos. It's not so simple to make these videos of simple recipes. I thankyou for this. Wholeheartedly ( with my whole soul heart). Some comments I see from viewers, in regards to over flouring or over kneading with too much flour... might be good suggestions. Otherwise, your videos are visuals, with good measurements of ingtedients.. and you aren't one to voice blah blah blah... you are straight to focus on visual cooking that Any language can comprehend. 1,000 Blessings my child. This is a simple good recipe, we vegetarians can replace the egg with 1-2 tablespoons yogurt depending on the size of the egg.
