The Bear is a great show. As far as the format goes I generally prefer the segmented approach meaning 2-3 episodes per reaction because it doesn’t feel like you’re speeding through each episode and you get a good grasp on what the content creator is feeling at the time. Single episode reactions are good as well but sometimes seem slow, especially during an episode where not much happens and people end up skipping it altogether.

really a top tier show you keep close to your heart....very refreshing! 10/10

40:42 While it could be Carmy's ego stifling Sydney, I could also see potential technical issues with that plate that would make Carmy hold it back. First, its not as aesthetically pleasing as it could be, its sorta all dulled earth tones which can be dull. Second, braised short ribs and rissotto sounds insanely rich- even if they're braised in cola, not to mention there being similar textural sensations from both components, something bright and acidic would probably been all the dish needed to tie it all together in a high dining setting..... assuming thats what Syd was looking for.
