Just FYI: Al-Anon are 12 step meetings for friends and family of addicts. It reveals that not only did Michael unalive himself but he was likely also a severe addict and so the need for Nat and Carmy to attend was to help detangle their relationship with a loved one who is an addict.

Jeremy Allen White, does a great job on showing the audience the inner anxiety and stress that Carmy. Also another fun fact; Carmy, Carmen's nickname, is also kitchen slang for caramelization, a process of browning sugar in low heat.

Sydney is definitely a stable, centered force that the restaurant needs. Richie is a jackass, but for me, he is so entertaining. Fun Fact; The Original Beef of Chicagoland restaurant is filmed in a real-life Chicago beef restaurant called Mr. Beef is located at 666 N Orleans St, Chicago.

Michael is not his twin brother lol Carmy is the youngest, Natalie/Sugar is the middle girl and Michael was the oldest.

The Bear is an amazing show, and just gets better and better. Also, might checkout a film the Jeremy Allen White was in last year called The Iron Claw. One of the best films from last year. Zac Efron got robbed of an Oscar nomination for Best Actor last year. Jeremy Allan White amazing in it as well. Fair warning: make sure you have a box of tissues because the box will be empty by the end of the film no matter who is watching it.
