Unfathomable? It was completely reasonable with the information people had at the time of watching the episode. It's easy to say 'unfathomable' or 'ridiculous' when you have hindsight 20/20 vision of her character development, making her one of the best characters, but let's not pretend that it makes no sense that people hated Tina for how she acted. It makes THE MOST sense for people to hate her in this episode, and then have that hatred broken down by actual character development as it goes on. Hell, even the next episode I believe, where she smiles after being acknowledged by Sydney removed most of the hate.

Hell yeah! Can’t wait for this series to continue

I will always love that ❤to❤ that Sydney had with Carmy. Carmy’s reaction to Sydney’s deadpan joke was perfect.

I'm saying this because it isn't at all a spoiler: Carmy and Micheal are not ACTUALLY twins. They were just close like twins, at least before Mikey's mental health and drug issues

Right. Mikey was the oldest, Sugar is in the middle, and Carmy is the youngest. In an earlier episode Richie is telling an unrelated story involving twins, and I think that sometimes causes confusion.

I never eat at restaurants like The Beef because of all of the yelling and anger you can see and hear both in and out of the kitchen from the staff. Because that means that the food is not going to be good because when you’re that angry you make mistakes or (if you believe it that sort of thing) that anger transfers to food.
