I love this practice so much! I yawn throughout it which is a good sign it really is activating our parasympathetic nervous system (which the vagus nerve is a part of). I do this before bed most nights and I notice it helps me sleep a lot better. Thank you so much!

What a gift this was❤ We had to put our sweet cat to sleep recently and my mind has been all over the place….. This class helped me to focus and what a difference I feel now. I still miss her, but I feel a little weight lifted❤ Thank you ❤

Hi Joelle. I enjoyed doing this practice. But I did notice that I struggled to look over right shoulder and when I looked to the right it felt like my eyes were jumping. Great video. Thank you 😊

That's a terrific observation Alison! It's a great way of understanding which of our muscles (even tiny little muscles around the eyes) aren't as strong as others. Great job 🙌

When you say the 'inside of the ears' where exactly do you mean? The actual ear hole or the hollow just below and to the side?

To the side! Like I say in the video we're not actually blocking the ear, just resting on the flat part 😉
Heyy mam Can you make vedio on TFL pain Have done si joint pain, psoas pain, piriformis pain it's healing fast so need in yoga for tfl pain😊
