You can also progress the bicycles by slooooowing down the tempo. I tried using weights but it wasn’t very practical. Slowed down the tempo and it’s like doing them for the first time again

The main problem with abs not showing is not quite what people want to hear but its the truth. Body fat and genetics are the main drivers for seeing abs. This is however still a great way to strengthen your core!

Bro dont go to lower bf% thinking you will get good looking muscles first if you are skinny fat then do bulk for 1 year and then cut. But if you are obese level then cut down

Leg raises and dead bugs work your hip flexors, not your abs. To work abs, bring sternum to pelvis (upper abs) or pelvis to sternum (lower abs)

I’ve been lifting and exercising pretty intensely, for the past few months, but I couldn’t understand why core exercises made my back hurt so much. I finally went to the doctor, and it turns out that I have scoliosis. It’s nothing that plagues me or anything but it definitely makes things pretty painful. I’m still staying on the grind but it sucks, man.😂

I have scoliosis as well and I used to have the same issues. Work on strengthening your lower back and entire posterior chain. Your lower back is suffering from your abdominal development. Build your whole core, back and obliques too, as well as your legs. From the ground up! It cured my pain. Hope you find comfort too

Yeah that happened to me where i had a pretty flat stomach and i started doing hanging knee raises and abdominal crunch machines and now i got abs but bodyweight exercises are better than machines for abs
