EDIT: I just mass answered some comments and questions. At 200 comments, I'm taking a break! It's a habit for me to answer all questions for the first 10-20 minutes or so after a video. Sorry if I missed yours! This is an older video (made almost 9 months ago! Wow) but has never been posted on KZread. I considered remaking the entire thing to be closer to my current style, but the information would have been largely the same. I've been writing out my diet. I'd like to share that similar to how I shared my routine just to give people a basic idea of how I eat. Do you have any diet questions you'd like for me to address? It'll be on a web page but I'll also make it into a video. It's an article about how I personally eat, but I'll include some facts about weight loss and weight gain as well. Hope every is having a great week!

Thanks for videos. Like seriously, I appreciate it and did exercise a lot and the unique point of your videos is you told us about how to breath while doing exercises and I think that is important but mostly don't get mentions in many videos. Thank you so much for that.

Hey! Some questions I have are about sugar intake. Is it beneficial to cut out unnatural sugars? How much sugar is healthy typically? I know sugar can be heavily addicting, and I'm not sure if I should spend my time with the withdraw symptoms trying to eliminate unnatural sugars :)

What should I eat to gain weight/muscle? I know this might be a cliché type of question, but I’m genuinely curious. I can’t seem to gain muscle mass. I’ve been working out for 3 days a week using HIIT (been doing this for 9 months), and have seen a bit of progress. How much progress should I expect in 9 months? (I have an ectomorph body type).

Between my physical issues being in the way as well as other obstacles knowing that I can do these exercises in bed definitely helps. My back is so bad that I can hardly handle walking around for more than 10 minutes before my back is hurting so badly that I can hardly move and I just want to scream. I'm hoping these will aid me in strengthening my back enough that I can start walking around my neighborhood soon. I have to do something before I completely lose my battle against my own body. Thank you much appreciated. Alot of people think when you are out of shape you are just lazy when sometimes you just don't know the steps needed to progress or even know how to get started. This ia the first video where there are clear instructions for beginners.I also appreciate that you are not screaming at your viewers with annoying music playing.

Man I'm glad I found your channel. The things I've tried to do and stay motivated to do have become super hard for me since my car wreck 11 years ago this month. I'm a former athlete, and the wreck led to some major anxiety and PTSD. However, I'm not giving up. Even though I'm only 39 and haven't been able to work since I was 33 i keep fighting even when I have a couple weeks of feeling horrible. You seem to he an actual caring young man. God bless you.
