✔️ 7 Standing Ab Exercises with a Single Dumbbell
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work per exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Complete Each Exercise x1 Set (No Repeats)

    I really enjoyed this one. It was so fun but i could feel my entire core working. I appreciate the cue to spread the floor apart beneath my feet, it gives me so much stability and truly helps engage the core more as a result. Thank you NML!

    I love this one! No squats, so perfect for my bad knees!     I liked this a lot, and I think keeping my DB to 10# helped me to engage the abs more rather than to have arm strength involved.
