Love the work you do with these videos. But one day it would be nice if you did a video on your personal settings, pit falls, and traps others may have made with Fab365 3d prints that could help others. Supports and types of filaments work best, where and when.

Really well done for the A-10 Thunderbolt II model. Wish there was more 3D printed Aircraft model for the content.

I think some bombs or drop tank would be neat. Also would the cessna a37 dragonfly be a cool aircraft be cool to replicate in 3d, note: the a37 could have come with like 3 or 4 drop tanks per wing so maybe a cool base option😉

It’s kind of like assembling a Spru-Kits model

I love this design as I do all the others of yours that I have printed and built. I'm just having a bit of an issue with this one with the ailerons. Any suggestions getting parts C & B to fit into A? I'm printing the at 0.1 as suggested but when I put C&B together, I can't get them to snap into A without A breaking. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Nice! Now she needs some MAVERICKS, J-DAMS, PAVEWAYS and SIDEWINDERS. Awesome build, I've built models of the A-10 that were not as detailed as yours.

I printed the model and there are pre made holes for the pilons

I really wish I could learn how to design and get pieces to snap together so tight like you do.

it's not that hard.. get a program called Matter Control.. you can even take parts that are already there and mod them or ones with high polygon count and make them even finer... very cool program and it has a learning curve but the payoff is well worth the time..

@@zsavage1820 I already know how to design in fusion 360, but the way this guy designs parts to snap fit so perfectly is obviously a skilled secret that this guy is only accustomed to in 3d print design, I've only ever seen snap fit connections in this guys models.

I'm printing it right now..lots of hours at 0.12mm layer height 😁

By the way, What purpose do those bars play when connecting the plane together? Cant they be separated for Purse Mini's? So we can print seperataly

just to let you know you dont need to bend the bed that much it could ruin it overtime and the prints should come off on their own once everything has cooled down

Very Well done.....but.....Im crazy and want to see you to get the 500x500x 500 version and scale that to at or minus 450......yeah that would be cool....except for supports thats allways a drag..

Everytime I see the engines on an a10 warthog, I think of podracers from star wars the phantom menace

I so hope you keep doing modern jet aircraft.....would love an F-14 Tomcat and the Lockheed Martin S-3B Viking...that would be a great one, same TF-34 engines as the a-10, has bombay doors, big wing span, MAD boom that comes out the back end.....it was a Sub Hunter/Killer for the US Navy

Did you do a resin version or just a version without the supports? Can't look at the model without buying, and my FDM printer is out of commission for at least a while. DO have a Saturn S resin machine, though... Edit: Picked up your Millenium Falcon, would buy the AT-AT if I could find it?

You should put a weight in the front or in the cockpit so the palne won't fall back.

How much would it cost to build something bigger like A10 70 mm but instead of a 70 you can put a 80mm just saying because I'm looking for something bigger I know I have to modify it myself

Filament is pretty cheap, it's less than 300 grams of filament according to the website in the video description. So that's like 10 dollars/euro's in PLA filament. The total running time is pretty long because of the detail on the parts and their size, 83 hours in total according to the linked website.

Which filaments are you using for this? Very awesome design!👌

What? It's the A-10 Thunderbolt, known as the Warthog. Longest serving aircraft in U.S. Military. Can still fly with most of its airframe shot to hell and half a wing.
