I didn't see that where the Grandpa said he would never stop, while the casket was closing on the little boy J.J. I have 5 and 7 year old Granddaughters and I can't imagine the heartache and constant mental pain a person goes through for probably the rest of their lives. I know one thing, that dizzy Gold digging Lori would NOT EVEN have made it to Court for what she did to those kids, and for setting up the guy that loved her and spoiled her, only , to be killed by her punk -assed and now wOnDeRfUlLy DeCeAsEd brother!!!! I wish I would have been that Joseph kid that found her brother and called Police Dispatch to help him. Except I wouldn't have called Police Dispatch, I would have stood there and laughed over and over while pointing @ him while he reached up like "HeLp Me".........until he was dead. .

I believe that JJ and Tylee were NEVER going to be a part of Lori and Chad's plans. The people that complicated their lives were deleted so quickly, with no regard for their individuality and THEIR right to have a full life. This is so incredibly sad. I really adore these two! They are so caring and respectful and gracious. They love not just only JJ but Tylee and they just want these children safe. I’m amazed at how gracious both of them they are!!! #wherearethechildren?

This is more heartbreaking now we know where the kids were! God give these beautiful people strength as they cope with the news! 💜💙

These are such good hearted people, and Kay is so sharp. She is a natural when interviewed. I hope we get justice, this family has been through so much. Continued prayers for all the families who are dealing with the aftermath of this horrible heinous crime.

Every time I watch one of these interviews, I am struck by what kind, thoughtful, and gracious people Kay and Larry seem to be. I am so sorry for their loss. I hope they feel the love that surrounds them.

The children disappeared before they got married, and they aren't protected for the period before marriage. Also, when children are involved, they aren't protected by the marriage either.

Can I guess? She lured her then estranged husband at the time, into that house, whoever shot him? but she left before the brother made the call to the police . If that brother was hit by a big person like her husband seem to be? Her brother would be dead that said moment. By the way, has there been any or death's, surrounding that family since that good for nothing, money hungering monstress has been in jail? And I would still ask " WHERE ARE THE CHILDREN? It is very mind boggling.

He came to pick up JJ, a breakfast at his hotel, then take him to school. He was lured and murdered for his $1M insurance that Lori was unaware she was no longer beneficiary to.

JJ and Tylee Grandparents are truly amazing! I’m so sorry for there loss . Charles was so blessed to have you on his side . I hope the judicial system and law enforcement can do there jobs to hold Chad & Lori accountable for what has happened. I can’t help feel local law enforcement let Charles down it seems that he tried everything to stop this legally and his efforts were ignored watching police videos of him reaching out for help and the push back from police is very disappointing.I know you cannot turn back time but I hope all that were involved in talking to Charles will try to learn from this I felt for Charles in the video trying to protect everyone from this horrible situation.

Feel so bad for the families 😞 I can’t even imagine losing a grand baby.

She was his beneficiary on all accounts and representative payee for the kids SSI.

It makes me wonder what kind of parents Chad has or his children are that they can look at the pain of Larry and Kay and not care !!!

Let me give everyone a piece of advice. If you are in a divorce situation or having problems with anyone else spend about three hundred dollars and get at least one or all of these: a journal, a phone recorder, a digital recorder, and an on person hidden camera. NEVER interact with the person alone (have your buddy email you a summary of the interaction). In addition to writing in the journal, send yourself and your safety buddy a summary of the interaction. NEVER interact without some type of recording device. ALWAYS keep a journal of every interaction. If you do these things, you will never have to deal with He-Said-She Said type of situation. In addition to that, if you end up dead law enforcement's job is so much easier. Make sure you never end up a victim. LISTEN to your inner voice. Don't ever say to someone if I end up dead, so and so did it. Do something to protect yourself and don't let your guard down. So frustrating to know he was seeing the red flags. So frustrating to know Tammy was seeing red flags.

Don't know about seeing red flags. in the above interview, the sister states that Charles obviously gave Lori the new passwords etc because she had access to his money. However, I definitely agree with your advice; best to have a detailed record of some sort when dealing with certain situations 👍

Sadly, I agree with you.

I just can't even fathom the pain and suffering those two went thru, and will still endure for months to come. Trial after trial, appeals, ect. I feel especially saddened for Colby. He lost so much and I pray he is somehow able to rise above all of this. I truly cannot begin to imagine his pain. Thank god he has his wife and her family, as well as his beautiful daughter, and Kay and Larry as well. He is going to need every one of them to lean on in the days ahead. 🙏💙💜🙏

Kay also indicated that she does not express her emotions publicly . . . . but occasionally has a huge private breakdown . . and Larry seem to agree by his expression. When she said that she stayed in bed for a week last time they came home - due to exhaustion. I do not fault them for their "pleasant" appearance during this or any other interview. They're going thru a LOT.

Karen Amb no one had reported the kids missing yet at the time they got married. They wouldn’t be on LE radar. The wellness check didn’t happen until right before thanksgiving. They got married in Hawaii and came back to Rexburg before thanksgiving and then fled back to Hawaii after the wellness check from my understanding of the timeline.

What I think is that Lori is prolonging everything because she does not plan to be around much longer (according to her religious beliefs)

Kind of obvious. Although Lori has proven that. They threw away approx. 200,000 in 3 months in Hawaii she thinks the money tree is never going to run dry. Newest news out said Chads putting a trailer on his property. I do not think thats going to be up to Loris standards. She went from renting a 900 a night hotel room to living in a trailer. She will kill or leave Chad if she ever gets out.

Why don’t they mention Tylee like they do JJ ? That strikes me so odd. Even if she wasn’t biologically, family but she was family regardless. And a minor child ? It’s always “bring JJ back to us” what about Tylee ? Edit to add: I know they have been through so much, but they just seem so calm about everything. And never mention Tylee at all it’s weird.

Tylee was coached and probly a mini version of her mom as she showed no remorse when her dad was killed by her mom and uncle. Unfortunately Tylee was a victim too and will never get a chance to heal to damage her mom has done to her mind.

Liviy Ghoul - I noticed that. Usually males are always pandered to in this society. It’s revolting. But the Woodcocks love both of these children even though sweet Tyler has to take a back seat.

I think Larry and Kay are such warm beautiful people and it's not hard to imagine how amazing Charles was . So much love for this family and I will continually keep them in my prayers and knowing now the outcome is heartbreaking and the world is mourning with them

As a grandparent I totally feel for them

Papa Larry sounds exactly like my dad was with my handicap son who has Cerebral palsy and full care in a wheelchair. My dad has since passed(4yrs ago). But while he was alive, every moment he could was totally devoted to my son. They would go to Tractor supply, lowes for hours just looking at lawnmowers & chatting. Go eat at McDonalds or Sonic or whichever my son wanted. So many great memories. Larry is the kind of grandpa JJ & every kid deserves.

What amazing 😍 people these two are ❤️💗❤️ Just wonderful, kind, beautiful, and loving GRANDPARENTS they are. Anyone would be sooooo blessed to have them in their lives. Anyone can see how broken their heart's 💔😢 are. I can feel their sadness 😞 I'm SO sorry!
