@anders damin Yes. As far as I know, the only charges against LVD are regarding not caring for her children and contempt. Still no charges regarding murder, attempted murder, kidnapping, etc. I would really like to hear how prosecutors are going to try this case. Very strange

I've been wondering this myself. If we, the public, can put the pieces together and figure out that Tammy was somehow murdered, then why can't the police and DA? Chad Daybell needs to be locked up for the safety of others before more people in this case get killed.

I am sure they're just waiting on the toxicology report, which can take a while especially due to the fact that she was already embalmed and buried. At this point, they do not have enough to guarantee a guilty verdict. They can arrest him now and hope they get a guilty verdict or they can wait until they have the smoking gun and pretty much seal the guilty verdict. They only get 1 chance to convict him. I am happy for them to wait and get the necessary evidence to get him a murder conviction. Playing devil's advocate, though I don't doubt their guilt, but that cheap ring is not normally used as a wedding ring. Melani was planning on getting married so that could excuse the wedding dress sesrch as Lori trying to help her. This information will help the case with more evidence or a smoking gun but as it currently sits, it is not a strong case.

I think Charles Vallow’s very wise decision to secretly make his sister his beneficiary instead of Lori threw a spammer in the works.. She was counting on that money for her grand scheme, and that’s when things started to unravel.

The policeman who drove Alex, Lori And Taylee to the station to give statements said that was the most bizarre drive ever. He said that family was acting so weird. They were happy and Lori was laughing like she just won a lottery. It was so creepy and truly bizarre. She is crazy pscyho. Ofcourse she was happy Charles was dead, because at that time she still didn't know he changed the beneficiary. She hoped to get insurance money. Thanks God, Charles was smart enough to know how evil and sick Lori is.

@@antonelabakavic4045 Yet, they didn't arrest any of them! To say these cops were incompetent, is an understatement! Alex tells them he shot Charles and he is home in time for the pool party. They should have, at least, put Alex behind bars until they were through investigating it, then, maybe, Tammy and the children would be alive. I have never heard of a case being handled this way. If it was one of us, we would have at least sat in jail, until they investigated, to see if it was self defense, or not. As far as I am concerned, LE has the blood of Tammy and the children on their hands, too.

@First Last Nope. The party was at HER house and in HER pool. The music at the party was so loud and so many people were hooting and hollering, the neighbors had to call the police.

Just like Nicole Kessinger searching for a wedding dress mere days before Shanann was heinously killed by Chris Watts. Same thing. Premeditation of death.

The problem here is that Nicole’s father is a very powerful man and Chris always wanted to protect her, but I don’t know... (sorry if my English isn’t very good)

Char Stevens it’s a FACT in discovery that $luttinger searched CW in AUGUST 2017. One YEAR before the murders. $luttinger searches SHANANN WATTS IN JANUARY 2018. 8 months before the murders. She was on her FACEBOOK. She not only knew he was married with toddler girls, she KNEW Shannann was pregnant with CW SON. She’s told more lies than him at this point, so her having ‘said’ something really doesn’t mean anything else

Think the way a prosecutor and defense lawyer would present this case to a jury and you should know why Chad hasn't been arrested...yet. The proof so far is all circumstantial, and evidence is just trickling in from 4 states. unfortunately...imo.

What I think people are forgetting is, Chad was having an affair with Lori long before his wife died. Some emails have been released where it looks like Lori's husband is talking to Chad but it was confirmed with infect Lori and Chad having an online Affair and Chad was going to see her at her home after her husband died. This makes it clear that Chad's what had to have been murdered to get her out of the way so he could then marry Laurie. This to me is more evidence that they had planned on the murder long before their wedding and this is why Chad was not set on his wedding only weeks after his wife passed away because it was all part of the plan.

A match made in Hell based on murder... and a honeymoon in county lockup !!!

I agree....keep on em, Nate! I think Tylee was killed at Yosemite, JJ slightly later as he was seen about a week later on that doorbell cam. Tylee was a witness to murder, and JJ was too much work for Lori.

I knew they were intertwined with one another before his wife was murdered and he knows it he better be afraid very afraid because he thinks he has gotten away with murder because Alex Vallow is Dead SMH don't think so Chad Dumbell

No you don't have that right. Alex wasn't a Vallow. His name was Alex Cox, deceased BROTHER of Lori. Charles Vallow was her fourth marriage. Charles was "bumped" to make room for Chad. Charles out gunned Lori, because he already changed the beneficiary of his sizeable life insurance policy to his sister before he was offed.

Bail has nothing to with it, her bond could be two dollars, and it wouldn't matter. A judge has compelled her to disclose the whereabouts of the children and until she does she's in contempt of court. The judge can order her held indefinitely.

Buying that ring 17 days before Tammy's death and using her dead husband's credit card is sooo shady, too.

This video is the perfect example of why criminal cases can be solved by internet sleuths. Same with the Delphi murder case. I salute all you armchair detectives keeping these cases in the public eye.

I guess the so called “new facts” means Lori had another vision...smh.
