There is nothing to discuss here. If you are a Man U fan who has seen almost all of Rashford's performances then you know two things: (1) he is consistently inconsistent and has been for all the the managers he has played for (so it has nothing to do with Ten Hag); and (2) his mentality is poor. You cannot rely on Marcus Rashford. His first touch is poor, his close dribbling is so-so, his finishing is average, his passing is shocking, his decision making is poor, and so on. His best quality is his pace.

Going clubbing the night before a game is a pretty strong indicator he isn’t committed. His scoring record goes up and down from one season to the next and he has zero desire to ever track back. He has the ability, he just doesn’t have the passion and drive. Maybe its time for fresh pastures.

You cultivated the attention and strategically secured it - it's not an on/off switch to suit.

Rashford has been overhyped off the pitch but not necessarily on it. It has gone to his head and he seems to think that he can do what he wishes, including not doing whatever his manager says. I am afraid that I don't see Rashford as a great intellect and it follows that he and others in his intellectual position are much more easily distracted and influenced..

Anthony gets alot of stick but he works alot harder than Rashford

It’s not difficult. His form is off. But form doesn dictate wether he runs for the team. Which he doesn’t. He acts like Messi walking around the pitch. Which he clearly isn’t.

Rashford should concentrate on his football and forget about the media bashing. Maguire has had more media scrutiny and bashing than any English player in the last few years. he's been very humble, now he's back to his best

He needs to let his work speak for itself. That's really the issue -- his work ethic is at an all-time low, and he's opened himself up to criticism. You only turn this around by working harder. Talk is cheap.
