Just don’t marry any women in the west period. Marrying my Filipina wife was the best decision I could make. Watching these western 305’s shows me everyday that I couldn’t have made a better decision. My lady doesn’t argue with me, cooks, cleans, hell she puts toothpaste on my toothbrush. She puts lotion on my body and on my face, every dang day. She has breakfast and coffee ready for me when I wake up. She lays my work clothes out for me. She takes it every single night, I don’t even have to ask for it. Sure she has high standards for me, and she 100% expects loyalty. Filipinas are fiercely loyal, and she gets extremely jealous and expects 100% loyalty back. But she does everything I ask and never questions my decisions. Best decision of my life fellas

I work for the local county office. Reviewing the marriage records. The average women gets married and divorced 3 times in her life time. There are some women who marries and divorces 7 times in their life time. Marriage is a business venture for western women. You all are free to go to your local county office ask the clerks for yourself. The days of women staying with men for 50 plus years are LOOOOOOOOOOONG GONE!! ..Look around you, does western women respect men?? Of course Not! The democrats has passed too many laws that favor women, and gives her MORE benefits if she divorces than stay married. When she files for divorce, she will automatically get the house, the cars, your money, all the government programs, custody of the kids. Why should she ever want to stay married, and if she is mean, like many women, she will lie in court and say you were abusive, you molest children, you use drugs. Then the men will be in jail for a very long time. The amount of POWER western women have is un-believeable. ...This is why many men marry foreign women. Foreign women are humble and maintenance free like Honda cars. Don't say no one told you so. Don't say no one warned you so.

There are currently eight states that recognize common law marriage: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah. Each of these states has its own specific rules for recognizing common law marriages. All other states do not allow or recognize "common law" marriages. So, the young lady claiming that almost every state recognizes "common law" marriage is TOTALLY incorrect.

Yes and each of those eight states carries exclusions as well; it is only full common law in some of those eight states. New Hampshire, for example, only recognizes common law marriage for inheritance. And it is not simply about two people living together for 7 years. They also need to intend to be married, refer to each other as married, share finances, etc.

That lady is SO WRONG about common law marriage, only a few states still have those laws (Florida is one) but it’s not so simple as “we’ve been together for 7 years, therefore common law applies and women can legally steal men’s money” To be considered common law a number of conditions must be met - you must be living together does an extended period of time, BOTH people must have expressed a desire to be married, both people must PUBLICLY have identified themselves as married…meaning introducing each other as wife / husband and exchanging rings etc. The key point from this video - notice how TIGHT that room got when the black guy said there’s no reason for men to get married, men literally get NO BENEFITS while exposing themselves to financial ruin…the ladies had no response. Men: women don’t like us the way we like women. They only view us for what benefits they can get out of us. When you truly understand this, without getting mad at women for naturally being this way, is the day you graduate into true Red Pill.

In the 1960s the term was called “trial marriage.” As we progressed and liberalized relationships common law was the new term. I think most men would prefer to be in a committed relationship if they would get something out of it. With “no fault” or “irreconcilable differences” an option for (mostly women) divorce, anyone can get out at any time. Men love very hard while women love conditionally. If he has more value than she does, he is entering into something where she reaps the majority of the benefits. Really bad move on his part.

I got married in 1985 in Tokyo and my girlfriend then (later wife) jokingly (?) said 'I give it 5 years.' Now having raised one stepdaughter (woke as fuck), one son (married and doing well--they've been together for 10 years), we're still married 38 years later which astonishes me at times. We survived culture shock, buying a home, moving to a new country and culture to retire to, and the surprising changes it elicited in us, and we are still together. I 'love' my wife but I dont dwell on that--I think more that I feel loyalty to her which holds us together. It's not lost on me that she's not from this current US generation which is in a deadlock dating struggle. Without throwing shade on either gender, I'd say to any marriage-minded male...find a woman overseas in SE Asia, DR, or wherever. While no relationship has a guarantee of ultimate success, the trending characteristics of women in SE Asia is that they're more traditional, less combative (but not always), and not quite as inclined toward being 'girlbosses' and put family and marriage first. Also--think twice about bringing your wife back to the States where associations with western women might taint her gentility.

I am not a lawyer but been divorced for 20 years. Here's what I have learned about common law marriages. Most states its a period of 5, 6, 7 - 10 years. For that common marriage to be valid you both must share community property i.e buying furniture, cars, and property together. Further, if she changes her mail address to yours she then is establishing residency at your home over time. Don't let her do this. Also, how much time she spends 5 days vs 2 days at your home leads to what we call "Constructive" marriage i.e events leading or that can lead to. Same doctrine as constructive gun laws. Also taken into account is does she has direct access to the property i.e keys, security codes and what not.

7:47 Denying a man a prenup is literally insurance for a woman 😂 She is literally making the argument against herself. She just wants to have insurance (lack of prenup) while denying a man his own insurance (a prenup)

In Texas for a common law marriage case to be made, you still need the marriage license filed at the court house, or some kind of bonafide marriage agreement. If there is no written agreement, then common law marriage can be dismissed pretty easily, especially if you file your taxes as single the whole time instead of married. so guys, file your taxes as single if you have never signed a marriage certificate.

A prenup is not an escape route and women know that, they just don’t like the fact that they don’t have the possibility of taking half of what you have, an unreasonable prenup will be thrown out, a prenup can never say “if she or I leave she gets nothing”.

My thoughts just now is that marriage as a legally binding civil contract has failed society in what it has become. What it seems to me is that with things like prenups - people are saying, yes, I want some kind of legal contract and commitment and protection, but the current state of what the state provides is horseshit and I don't like the idea of the state dictating terms and outcomes, so we're going to build our own contract. And maybe that's how it needs to be - no more one size fits all state dictated cram down. People decide their own terms and conditions and the state honors and enforces that. This way, people get the terms they want that they think are fair and best serve their interests, plus get the benefits of state sanctioning to enforce the contract, provide the protections they people want for themselves, and the security that people need and want to build families.

all of these women are Godless and unless you or I are willing to enforce God's law at gun point marriage will be treated as a mercenary contract. the main purpose is producing children for the state to use how they see fit. that's a fact the regime won't let slip.

Whats the difference? The difference is called GREED. A successful man should NOT be giving 50% of a successful business or endeavour to a woman in a divorce., especially since she is the one that most likely initiated the separation. There should be NO incentive to call it quits. If she wants out, then she wants out, but she doesn't get to walk away with 50%, its ridiculous. An equitable amount is fair, enough to raise the children is fair, but if you want to see greed take a look at the results from any high profile divorce and you can see overwhelming greed run amok. Kevin Costner for example was paying $130,000 a month in Alimony. That is the very definition of overwhelming gluttony. Unless his Ex-wife was taking care of 130 children, she doesn't need that amount of money.

Women live in the moment. When she says she wants to be with you, that needs to have added at the end of the sentence " for right now, at this moment." Women and their feelings change, and this moment might not be the same as in how she feels at the moment in 10 years. Then, she feels differently and wants a divorce. Anything a woman says.... You must always add to the end of the sentence.... "This is how I feel, right now, at this moment.... subject to changes in my mood and how I feel, later." Two things for a man, you should get a vasectomy if you're playing the field, and you should never, ever mention or say a word about ever getting married.

🔥🔥"Eight states currently recognize common law marriages: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Montana, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah. There are also some states such as Ohio and Pennsylvania that used to allow common law marriages and still recognize them as valid, but they have since changed their laws." This Lady is delusional and is not telling the whole truth. She Said "MOST STATES RECOGNIZE COMMON LAW". Besides Texas, who lives in any of those other states??? In other WORDS Common Law Marriage for Most of the US Doesn't exist. I lived in CA my whole life, I even looked this up, CA ONLY recognizes this if a couple was married in Another country, so that marriage would transfer over to CA. Anyone can Simply Google Common Law Marriage.
