If I remember right, Dall-e 2 and this are both specifically not supposed to be able to draw real people because of the images they may be used to generate, just like the fact that it's not trained to depict violence.

A streamer had one in the corner. It would go through a list that they could add to whenever. I commented hell bacon after something I can't remember. They found it so funny, they put it in the list. It went the way you think it did.

Big brain move for artists : generate an AI photo and redraw the image, the AI photo works as a sketch plus all the colors are already there

well besides that the AI seems to be taking social commentary into the artwork (ie, Margaret Tatcher = Satan) It seems to do a really good job if it's requested to do a character in an artwork style. Like the dog in Vincent van Gogh style is on point :o

Dall-e is slowly making every human look like that one laughing meme

I love how the way they intentionally messed up DALL•E's ability to draw specific identities (be them specific characters or specific real people) appears to be just applying a whirlpool filter over all their faces on the source dataset... And it still tries its best to reconstruct them, despite the wishes of their creators... You know, try to come up with a completely nonsensical prompt. Something that isn't even a real sentence. See what the AI tries to do. And also prompts with highly broken English. Something even a real human would have a really bad time trying to wrap their head around, but that it just happens to look enough like a real sentence to make you try to comprehend it.

Did they really? I hear AI has trouble drawing faces anyways so it's possible it didn't need the help. Makes it really funny when 90% of the problems with there art pieces are the faces.

@@blackfang0815 I heard it was intentional that you're not able to create pictures with real publicly known people, so the pictures can't get used to spread fake news. Other than that, the AI is actually really good, sometimes shockingly amazing.

Remember, this is dall-e mini, which is heavily trimmed down. Then there's dall-e 2, and even more recently, Google's Imagen.

I one time tried to have sonic date Scarlett Johanson and it turned Scarlett into a sonic OC. It's clear enough for us to make an attempt and draw her. I think they made her to some kind of dog. I then switched it around to Scarlett dating sonic and it turned into some kind of paparazzi photos you would find on the cover of the magazine. They also generated movie sonic in place of game sonic

How does it mess up the face of C-3PO? A character whose expression can't change.

This ai is honestly impressive for how accurate it can be at times, too bad that it is suffering from success and have extreme traffic like 95% of the time

I feel like these are just how our minds store images, we just look for colors and shapes, not much detail.

The fact that given the prompt "Margret Thatcher meets Satan" gives images of Margret Thatcher meeting herself, had me hysterically laughing.

It’s still surprising how ai even know what we’re talking about when we give it a prompt

i found out about this bot after jreg posted nine pictures with the prompt "communist hugging capitalist" and it looked half-cute half absolutely horrifying :") in one of them the picture just cut out and you could see one of their legs hanging in mid-air with no body O_o

I really love these Dall E art videos

with the dream like and surreal imagery I got the inspiration to key the AI towards horror and nightmare themes with some incredible results like variations on sleep paralysis demons.

These videos are my new favourite thing, I haven’t laughed like that in a while 😂

Be serious tho Jack, would you read a manga of Dora stories by Junji Ito?

AI can be intimidating in any job field. Many software developers always speak about AI replacemets in the future. I challenge whether it will totally replace human labor in general. I believe it will evolve into a tool professionals use for assistance!

You have to wait a little then retry, the site is sadly suffering from success and is having horrible traffic most of the time

Nearly all of these images just need a little bit of photoshop work to be masterpieces
