For blouses and general ouji pieces New: Lolita brands (unfortunately there aren't really any ouji specific shops) Baby the Shine Stars Bright/Alice and the pirates and Sheglit - also check out taobao (chinese brands). There plenty more brands :) It's just finding what you like but those are my favourite. 2nd hand: Lacemarket, wunderwelt, closet child. These be my go to places :) Hope that helps

Yep! It's a jfashion but anyone can where it alone as they are following the rules of it, (ex: lolita(ouji) is a modest fashion)
