Ouji & Aristo Fashion Makeup: Military Substyle

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Hello everyone, my name is Judas (they/them), and I've been in j-fashion for over 5 years now. While I started out as a sweet lolita, my taste has gradually shifted to ouji and aristo fashion. My colour pallet grew darker and more clean-cut as I found comfort in a more aristocratic style. Finding ouji content can sometimes require some digging, so I wanted to create a space to discuss my journey into ouji/boys style/aristo/kodona, styling different pieces, and further insight into what makes ouji fashion unique.
As established in my video, ouji does not have a singular style of makeup that it adheres to, especially as many people involved in the fashion do not feel the need to wear makeup. This liberty allows for freedom of expression but can also be intimidating due to the lack of structure. Therefore, I wanted to share a classic makeup look when I wear more niche substyles like military ouji. I am not an expert or certified in saying what does or doesn't work for ouji.
Creating more androgynous and masculine features with makeup took me a while to learn, and fortunately, there is a surplus of information on the internet. Contouring helps me create more androgynous facial features to pair with the masculinity I lean into with ouji. For more information about understanding your face shape, check out Sephora's resource.
