Want to know exactly what Mat Fraser was consuming daily during peak training and competition?! In this episode Mat Fraser and Sammy Moniz, founder of Feeding the Frasers, sit down in the kitchen and talk through a full day of eating. They were shocked to see how much food was actually being eaten each day. They talk about their approach to food and how they balanced food as fuel and eating to perform.

It really can't be overstated how critical Sammy and her management of Mat's food was to his success. They both worked very hard together to make that a success. It's a percentage contribution to his success that few other athletes have.

Pro athletes are still 99.99% better than the general public so I only complain because it was made illegal in the first place. These athletes are gifted let them compete and be the best they can be. I am such a fan of what Mat did over the years. This was eye opening, I knew that he ate a lot during the season, but I didn't know that he continued to eat and even ate more during the games. Additionally, the disdain they have for people not eating during the games is hilarious and I would imagine is eye opening to athletes who were starving themselves or only eating dry chicken and broccoli.
