Mathew (Mat) Fraser is an American professional CrossFit athlete, 5 time CrossFit Games Champion (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020) and the only 7-time individual podium finisher. Prior to his CrossFit career, Fraser was also the 2009 Junior National Champion Weightlifter. Sammy Moniz is Mat's fiancé and creator of Feeding the Frasers, a recipe blog about the food that feeds their family.

Great video, love seeing the athletes compete. Unfortunately, handstand walking literally has nothing to do with fitness. Sad that CrossFit still pushes this crap. They must hate money as all these weird events just drive away mainstream viewers. Less than 1% of the world does gymnastics so it makes sense that CrossFit just cannot get out of it’s own way.
CrossFit athletes by nature are little dorky and a lot cheesy. And it’s the most adorable thing about the sport and community. Here here! 😁
I know Matt and Rich aren’t friends but if they both would come back and compete individual one more time. I think the both of them would be top two and toss up on who wins but that would be highlight central.

Brooke may be one of the most disappointing CF athletes given her potential and well roundedness. She should/could have been on the podium years ago. She still seems very immature, so i doubt she gets there.
I wanna know why Mat quit crossfit at his peak? Such a waste of not being able to see one of the greats keep going. Tragic for the fans and the community. At least we saw Rich keep dominating for 10 CF championships.
Absolutely thought Amanda Barnhart was going to the Games before Semifinals. So many things we DON"T see BOTH EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY. Love her DOWN to EARTH Personality

I liked this video (the best over all of your competitors') especially because it was logical, chronological, complete, had the relevant data in it (leaderboards, placings, scores, etc.), and was NOT shot and edited like a (bad jumpy random) music video! Great job!!

I regret missing the volunteer workout with Matt because he has always been part of the beginning of our CrossFit journey for myself and a lot of us . I was blessed with being able to be a part of a great team of people that worked hard to help out the floor mates out and work on the equipment team . I was so tired at the end of the day working I wanted to get home and rest to be ready to help The following day but part of me wishes I was able to go to the workout no matter how tired and shake his hand and say thank you 🙏🏼. So I’ll say it here thank you Matt and HWPO. Madd awesome respect ✊🏽
