The best part about being the temporary strategic advisor to the assistant coach is if the athlete crushes the workout, you can claim some credit, but also you are shielded from taking any blame. It's all upside baby haha!!

I’m convinced Katrin had it all along, she was just stuck in a program that she’s comfortable with, that didn’t catch up to the programming each year. Also, Katrin and Mat’s dynamic seems like a good formula to get her off that comfortable spot and push her hard. Brother and Sister relationship

It was so exciting to see her progress finally after YEARS of seeing her not improving despite her world class work ethic. Now she has the right team I’m so excited to see her reach her full potential

Fantastic documentary….i think people have lost a connection with CrossFit and certainly the athletes these past few years. But for the likes of Kat and others of her time there remains that connection. So glad she did well and hope she comes back stronger next year.

This was incredibly well done and put together, what an insane story, I believe in Fraser as a coach and so awesome to see Kat giving everything she had into this season, so proud of her

Congrats to Matt, Kat and the whole HWPO team...I believe it is alot harder for someone whos been to the top twice than for someone whos on their way to the top. its not easy to motivate someone whos been there because their mind says theres nothing to prove they've been there and their body is telling them their tired of the years of training yet alone break the old habits and introduce new ones so props to all and to the videographer who was task to bring us in with this journey again not easy but u captured all our undivided attention for 47:09 minutes. Thank You!
