Soy sauce - 4 tablespoons
Egg - 1 pc
Starch - 2 tablespoons
Hot peppers - 4-6 pcs

    5 minutes? Counting how exectly? And not an expert in Mongolian cooking but this is common food all across asia, and Ive think there are better ways to tenderize.
