Kiran, I'm 68 yrs old, weight 61kg. I have belly fat. Worked as a teacher for 32 yrs. I stretch. Do lot of work at home. Walk for 30 mins but irregularly.
This is so true, specially for the ladies above 45 plus. Kitna kuch struggle n hurdles se, hum apna family kho, ek accha position kho lekhe aaye hey. BUT BUT BUT 1. After seeing the contents in you tube n social media, instead of getting motivated. We are getting demotivated, feeling guilty, feeling lonely and useless nowadays. Hamara kudh kha talent kho , hum khud pehchan nahi kar rahe hey. ALSO, THE MINDLESS PURCHASE AND WASTING MONEY.

Maine feb last mein surya namaskar start kiya tha but bas khich gyi hai shayad mujhe lagta hai right leg mein bahut pain rheta hai jhanjhanahat hote hai doctor se consult kiya tha woh vericose ki wajah samajh rhe hai mujhe 16year se hai exercise karna chahti hu kr nhi pati weight bad gya kabhi kabhi surya namaskar kr lete hu back bone mein relief milta hai kya karu aap hi kuch sujjest kro
