Justin you really should think about setting up tours, something like 3 days in Riga for small groups of like 8 to 10 people! I think a lot of people would be interested!!

@dee74raz Poor life choices, mostly. Haha 😅 just kidding. Moved here after working in France with idealistic Scandinavian dreams. But it doesn't really feel like home/my place even after 5 years. So maybe I need find a new country to set my unrealistic expectations upon. 😂

Boozing in Latvia is a must do. Labietis, just around the corner from Tallinas Kvartals has some pretty good beers.

Свобода это когда человек живёт как он хочет, как ему удобно и как ему приятно!!! И когда ему п*ху** что остальные люди думают! Also food for thought👍👍

The building the Frenchman showed was from the Soviet era, typical of architecture from that period, ugly and depressing

It looks a beautiful piece of work all the same-I wonder how many man hours it took to complete. In England we have so many post war school buildings that seem ready to collapse, I doubt if that will be the case with this building. Anyway, as the Russians say: 'на вкус а цвет товарища нет.'
