Back in college my roommate got me a deep fryer and we had a deep fry party where people brought stuff and we fried it. Someone suggested battering and deep frying a Baconator and we all agreed it would be awesome but nobody was sober enough to go to Wendy's. I still kinda wonder what that would be like but I'm older now and I have a little more sense than that.

I like to take the cutoff of the bacon and grind it in with the ground beef for burger patties.
The things that you do in a matter of course on these videos, notably the making of world class hamburger buns, is truly remarkable. Just the masterclass on how to make an at home hamburger bun would make this video a must see, but for you it's an afterthought. Great work, incredible channel and keep up the posting for all of us at home trying to .... go cook somethin outside!

We have a couple of fighters fly over our house about once every couple of weeks. Loud? Hell yes. They have such a distinct sound compared to the commercial airliners we hear all day... While that burger looked unfathomably delicious and equally unhealthy, it was just begging for pickles... Awesome drop once again.

I have the same meat slicer and make my own bacon. Little trick to get the full sized slices: fold the slab in half and then run it through the slicer folded.

You should look into the carnavor diet. A fatty burger is just what you'll need. Along with all the other delicious things you make.
Since I moved to Austin in 2008 I've never had a snake in my boots. Scorpions though... that has been a more. than once event. This has to be the most effort anyone has gone through to make a burger! I've made bacon before but I sure wish I had that meat slicer.

Just made ribs yesterday using your rub pack I got in! One rack with Chudrub one with Sweetcheeks, and one with Sssnakebite! The heat from Snakebite was perfect and the Chud rub had a great pepper flavor. Sweetcheeks was great and immediately made me want to buy pork belly and put it on there. Doing that today!

Very nice. Are you planning to dabble in homemade cheese? Very few can boast a 100% home processed burger. I will probably have to turn my own burger press from some 304ss since I make larger diameter patties that slightly stick out of the bun.

Depending on the pellet grill and if you like it crispy. Anywhere from 300°-350°. I like mine crispy, so most pellet grills I've cooked on i go with 350.
Nothing is more "Merica" then making baconburgers with fighter jets flying overhead!

Looks great, need to try making bacon. Have been cooking bacon on my pellet grill for a while now, nothing better, also keeps the house from smelling like bacon!
