    Ha! I was waiting for a few seconds for a breather between movement changes, but it (and I) kept going. Thank goodness I could pretty much keep up

    This instructor is great, She's very enthusiastic. Helpful for seniors who have been sedentary due to pandemic restrictions.

    It's more than the "Pandenic Sedentary", it's more like over the years seniors have done very little exercise. I would have to say most, like my mother used to be, just sat in front of a TV and drank soda and ate chips watching her "Stories", soap operas. Very little real regimented exercise. Then they'd complained how much they hurt or had no energy. Myself, I have to say, lifted weightg all through my '40's and into lnto my 50's. I'm currentyl 66 and because of 2 cancer surgeries along with a TAVR surgery, have again started cardio and pulmanary rehab workouts, thanks to my pulmanry doctor. Since I've started the rehab I've never noticed how much I've missed the workout. Feels great to be this active again!! Still have a way to go till I get back to some semblance of normal again. Still a great motivational video. Because of this video I'm cleaning my old weight set off again and getting ready. I know I can do this again.

    @@don1643 Way to go Don...Yep, it's either TIME or medical issues that can 'kick us on our butts" But you keep at it...I'm STILL trying to get some normalcy myself!!!!

    I've really been looking forward to these videos, but it drives me crazy that the tempo of the music never, ever matches the tempo of the moves. Why is that? Matching tempos makes it so much easier, and even more fun to move. Your instructors are great, the moves offer lots of level options... let's match the music to the moves now!

    @@brin3m Hi..classic 80's rock-- various ones on you tube, most carry a lot of the same songs that I danced to in my younger years...I'm only 59, but I was hit HARD with early Covid, and was in rehab for 1 1/2 years, learning to walk again and a lot of other stuff, BUT I walked outta there this past May (THANK GOODNESS )and am doing pretty good, although COVID left me on O2 24/7!! I know TMI, but since I'm not in rehab anymore, these videos thru Silver Sneakers have really helped me start exercising more than I was!! have fun!!
