If you are looking for short training that will help you burn lots of callories fast and get in shape you are in a right place! This is a challenging workout because it consists of 8 exercises repeated for 2 times, without any rest inbetween. Each exercise lasts for 30 sec. All exercises are explosive and fast, so if you are sweating like crazy while doing them, you are doing it right! 😄😄
