One way to consistently make wise decisions is to make as many of them as possible ahead of time. I’ve used this strategy to improve my weekly calendar, my study habits, and even how and when I exercise.
There’s an entire framework behind how I do it, and you can find it in my latest book, Think Ahead. The book releases on February 20, but you can preorder today here: go2.lc/YTTA

Delegating!! I’ve been a manager in my office for over 2 years now, and every time I start feeling burnt out I realize that I am holding all of the stress, and making all of the decisions. When I’ve delegated decisions I can see how much it has grown my team, and am working on doing it more. This was a great episode! This is going to help a lot in the new year
