Not a leader yet, but I feel possibly led as a future VISIONARY leadership style. Maybe a democratic style... good question. I want to explore this more!

The key point: how to listen to yourself. Listening to yourself and holding the space for others to think are great styles for a great leader.

The Gospel of the "I Can't" makes so much sense in my head. Thanks for speaking that out, because, I, myself have definitely been there! It's not the end... it's the BEGINNING from God's eye view! Awesome!!! :)

Louis Giglio has been a mentor for my Biblical and Spiritual development ever since I heard "Hear I am to Worship" in the OG Passion album in 1999. You go Louis! God bless you!

Louie has a refreshing enthusiasm, as is clear to most. Good to see he is committed to the church, to doing service work for God. Also nice to see the church, CG and LG, have a heartfelt chat/connecting. 😊

Such a great interview! It was so good to hear Louie's description of being an AB vs. A-Z leader. Hearing the struggle with depression and good quitting. When we say I can't, then God says he can. Such a good word for leaders, thank you.

The way Louie’s brain works is how mine works! I’ve always been told I needed to pick one thing and focus on it. Even as a child I wrote an essay on what I wanted to be when I grew up and I basically wrote I wanted to do/be a lot of different things…I feel like God just used Louie to encourage me to do/be ALL the things God has purposed me to. Great interview.🩷
