great video.. thank you very much 1. static quadriceps exercise - pressing knee on the flat surface 2. static quadriceps exercise with pillow - pressing knee using a pillow under knee 3. Ankle foot movement - front and back movement of ankle 4. Ankle press with pillow - pillow under ankle and press 5. Quadriceps exercise - pillow under knee and lift ankle 6. knee flexion extension - knee bend and bring it back; other way round and do the knee movement 7. straight leg raise 8. weight bearing exercise - left to right; front to back

Very helpful video brother. One year ago i was operated left acetabulam fracture and also steel plated with sevaral screws on my fractured places. But still now i am faceing pain while walking. Pl tell me how can i remove this pain by exercise.

Dear sir , you have explained all the exercises really well. I have done total knee replacement 1st of June 2021.in London, because of Corona virus I haven't seen a physician, iam doing all the exercises. But my knee has stuck in stuck bent position. No matter how hard I try my knee dose not move.iam very worried. Please advice me.thank you very much

Very nice information with practicle excercise.
Sir i have MCL injury.i saw your video. All exercises are very helpful. I have one question in my mind. I have took rest for 7 days and then I’ve started doing your exercises. It feels so relaxed and bit stronger than before. But while lifting my leg upward during RANGE OF MOTION exercise i feel pain in MCL. Shall i continue the exercise even if it pain or i shall take more rest ? Please help me sir

You can continue with the exercise but reduce the number of repetition. As you feel confident after few days you can increase the number of repetition

Sir , I have surgery for tibia fracture two week earlier ,as per my MRI report of knee indicate the damage of ACL ligaments . Doctor asked me to do three excercise, which is described by you at no 1, 2 and 6. Will you please suggest any diet plan !! and generally how much time is required for healing such type of knee ligament issue?
