To be honest I cannot understand an automatic gear box on off road vehicles.

Why does tray weight make a power difference on the dyno?

The extra weight on the roller changes how much it can roll up on the roller so changed output. Same as different tyre size, stock to 35” is a massive difference. We have covered this in a earlier KZread episode

Wow! Map 2 Power tune achieved the same outputs as a stock standard 4 Cylinder 2.8 Prado 150 motor. You must be so proud. 🙄👎

The cruiser is on 35s and has been tested from the wheels, all Toyotas power figures from stock are at the crank mate. Not a direct comparison.

I have a 2.8 2022 Hilux with more power and torque than both the Prado and the 79 so doesn’t bother me in the slightest You just need to make sure you understand how manufacturers give their power and torque figures and how 35” tyres affect power and torque readings. Like I said, bring your Prado in and we can see what the numbers say. But I can tell you it won’t be what you have copied and pasted from Toyota website. And I’ll even jam some 35” tyres on it to show you the difference as well 👍🏻

Definitely not world first… Just Autos have been doing this for years. You would know all about that wouldn’t you mate 😂

just autos uses the wholsale automatics's 200 series 6sp, this cruiser is fitted with zf 8hp 8sp so he's kinda right

will be the most unreliable vehicle on the road now
