75 HARD changed my life (in unexpected ways)

I tried Tiktok's hardest challenge & survived to tell the tale. If you haven't heard of it, the 75 hard challenge is a 75 day challenge where you have to follow 7 basic rules. If you mess up even one time, you start all over again at day 1. It was a mental toughness challenge rather than a fitness challenge and I'm so glad I did it. here are my 75 hard challenge results & transformation. thanks for watching!

    I find the before and after more a measurement of how effective the workout/challenge is, not a comparison for myself to the model

    No I didn’t cut off sugar, no rest days. If there were days where I was extremely tired I’d do yoga or a walk
