Day 2 of 75 DAYS HARD - here’s my diet plan for this challenge! 🥗 Intermittent Fasting combined with a no-sugar approach. My eating window is from 10 am to 7 pm, a 9-hour window, with a 15-hour daily fast. 🕒🍴
That means no sweets, chocolate, desserts, or sugary treats for the next 75 days - white or brown sugar, it's all off the menu! 🚫🍬

Trust me it's a matter of covering 2 to 3 weeks and once you are through, all your cravings would be gone and you will have proper control over what you eat as long as you have a balanced eating window

Keep going and infact the most common way of doing intermittent fasting is 16:8 !! I am currently on my 36th day, where I did 16:8 first week and them started 20:4 and going strong till date.. target is 90 days and wish to continue as well.

I am on 8th day of the same routine. No sugar and 10-7 pm eating window. Some days pass by easily, some days I feel hungry but overall it is fun

Mam one doubt You have mentioned your eating windom from 10am-7pm so you will eat breakfast at 7 and next meal is on 7pm mean between this 15 hours only water need to consume?
for me i really want to diet or eat less hut the thing is if i do that take for example i had a late breakfast at 11 am and then i wont feel hungry till 5 by then i slowly start feeling dizzy. My family has dinner at 9-10 pm so around 7 pm i start feeling dizzy and then i am not able to study like i dont feel the energy i feel i am a dead person if i dont eat anything and after struggling so much i remember i barely burned any fat as i have to stay home and study for my exam.
I did 1-23 for 56 days with no sugar at all.

I often go from between nine and 11, and at night to between 12 and five the following night depending on the day and how much I’ve eaten that week when I do intermittent fasting so I try to do 16 to 18 hours fasting I will do the 24 hour. I try to do it once a month but sometimes it only gets done every other month, and I tried to do a 48 hour fasting as often as I can that’s a little bit tougher because of the living situation. It’s hard to do it with my wife is here. I do most of the cooking. I also choose no sugar during my fasting hours obviously nothing I a lot myself a piece of dark chocolate at night before I go to bed a small piece normally sometimes I’ll take two little squares out of a big candy bar, but only dark chocolate as a rule and then I will occasionally allow myself an ice cream or visiting my grandchildren. I will take an Oreo cookie, but I only allow myself one. I’ve been doing this for about 3 years. I will do the intermittent fasting sometimes a couple times a week sometimes four days a week sometimes in one or two days a week exercise every other day or I try to I run an hour and do push-ups and situps I’m trying to get into yoga, which is how I met your channel and I really want to get going with it . I can see the difference in your face from the older videos to now definitely have a more healthier more glow to your face. Keep up the good work all the best. And thank you for your material.

It is a type of intermittent fasting where you consume only 500-600 calories only in any of two non consecutive days and other five days you maintain normal daily calorie intake

Dear, its a wrong time. The festive give up is too harsh. Mann maarna for thing I look forward the most is not for me. Days post diwali till Sankranti seem good especially like cleansing post festivities.

21 day strictly->90 day flexible->lifelong habits, Food: 11 am soaked nuts and seeds shake (+ sesame flax and fenugreek for women and oats for initial days), 2 pm collagen drink/supplement of the month, 3 pm veges protein(legumes/dals/sprouts) rice lunch, 6 pm fruits and veges smoothie (antiox colourful variety), 8 pm 2 eggs dinner (+ bread to fight carb deficiency and headaches in morning for people who have a lot of brain activity) ; Routine: Morning 7 am water brush stretch medidate, 8 am learn to apply, 11 am office + study, 3 pm sleep 1 hr to recharge brain power, 4 pm office, 8:30 dance/hobby and bathe+skincare and sleep by 11 pm

So hard to quit sugar? Okay "Refined sugar", I had tasted refined sugar after 1y 1mo. Again, just tasted and it goes on till date
