Hello from Melbourne. Thank you for the video and it's wonderful to see that you completed the 75 hard. I am so looking forward to the Surya Namaskar Challenge and have signed up for it. I really love yoga. It will be at 10:30 am Melbourne time for me. I am looking forward to building my stamina & strength over the next month in time for the challenge. 😄 So look forward to it.

These hard challenges also are sometimes huge change to body. I can easily see in the increase of hair fall despite maintaining high nutrition profile in the food I consume. Do you also have increased hair fall with intense workouts and intermittent fasting?

Yes I could do it. But its not the same for all. For some cramps are extreme, in that case, listen to your body and rest.

I can follow all the steps but can you suggest me what to do when I’m on my periods I suffer from bad cramps on that days so how can I manage .

My LOVE, pls rest when your body demands! Cramps can be managed by hot fomentation, some yogasanas, rest, plenty of water intake. But if its unbearable, you need to see your DR
if difficult for a service holder (9-5 job)

The best thing to do is to figure out what works for you and do that :) if this is difficult, then do what makes sense for you and what makes you healthy and happy ❤❤
How would people with jobs do it consistently? Most of them have constantly changing schedules and intermittent work stress as well

The LIVE surya Namaskar sessions are from 6-6:30am IST. Daily recordings of the LIVE sessions will be provided - so you can practice whenever you want. Challenge starts on 3rd June :)

As with ANY workout, if you stop completely you will gain weight/fat back - I did stop for a while, so I gained some back, but I still felt the strength. And now I’m back to a good workout routine again

Intermittent fasting does not stop one from eating outside food I ate within my eating window and did not eat desserts and sweets

I finished 75 hard last April. The 1 gallon rule was the hardest. Way too much water for me.

It will be difficult at start NO DOUBT, that's why its called the HARD challenge. But you need to Fix the aim of challenge completion in your head to get going.
The amount of water in this challenge confuses me. Few people need to drink that much water per day. Especially if you live beyond the Arctic Circle. 🤣
