I just started watching this channel last week and so far I’ve watched so many breakfast videos that I’ve actually lost count on how many I’ve actually watched. It’s sad to see that your griddle has broken, hopefully it gets fixed soon, Mr T.

Yes, I've gotten used to it, with the induction I constantly have to adjust the heat, it slows me down 👌😊👍

Chef...I can't imagine going through a service without a flattop. It would be like working with a hand tied behind my back. You handled it like a pro however (to nobody's surprise). One more thing, after watching your videos, beans have become a regular breakfast item now. 😁

My Mexican Grandmother always had beans with breakfast. I love it. With some chorizo, avocado, tortillas, potatoes and salsa. Getting hungry just thinking about it now!

Absolutely love the content chef, I work in the industry here in the US. Is there a regulation regarding how many steps it takes to get to the nearest sink for handwashing? In the US we have a regulation that defines the number of 'steps' to the nearest sink from each station, just to get approved to open.
