Hi all in this episode I'm preparing pasta 👌😊👍

As a parent who had a son who was anaphylactic to dairy, nuts and egg I really appreciate how made the effort to separate the allergens! Great work chef! My son grew out of his allergies but I still appreciate those that make the effort 🙏

My favorite pasta dish is Spaghetti and grilled chicken with white Alfredo sauce, sauteed onions, whole roasted garlic, Parmesan, chili flakes and parsley

Love your videos! Spent my day catching up the last couple of weeks that I haven't had time to watch. Just a little tip, a lot of people don't take the time to read the descriptions on videos (or can't see it because they watch on their tv) maybe try putting some text up on the video at the start or end reminding people to like and subscribe :) thanks for making amazing content!
Mr T - the par cooked pasta is okay to keep things quick but you lose a lot of flavor. Have you considered keeping a small pot of the original pasta water to add maybe a small ladle to each serving. For starch.

Everything is seasoned during the actual “cooking process” earlier in the day. This here is just heating up and putting it all together on the plate.

Where are you from? Blue roll is pretty ubiquitous in England (not sure about the rest of the UK), it’s used all over the place here for as long as I can rememebr

I noticed you don’t sauté/ sear the prawns in the pan before you add the sauce. You simmer them directly in the sauce. Is that due to time constraints?

Yes, time is precious, I precook pretty much everything, then assemble in front of the customers 👌😀👍

Earlier before service and saved in containers. It’s usually cooked al-dente and when it’s reheated in boiling water it gets a little softer.

ok I am curious , you said the food court is paying 30 pounds (36.14 dollars ) for 1 Kilo ( 2.2 lbs for all us Americans ) Those look like Thai chili peppers or very small Jalapeno's , is that the pepper or is it something different ?
