No this is good to test your limits. 72 is crazy. Imma test mine soon I’ve been doing like 12-16 a day. But as the video play bro did not even fast he went straight home to eat he said 12 16 *20 and sumn else💀💀💀😮💨 man idk hope you’re doing well tho. Collab soon.

I think the most my husband did was 10 days. He didn’t exercise and lost a ton of weight.Exercise can make you hungry, so that can make it harder, but losing weight and any sort of cardio will make you lose muscle mass, so continuing your strength training is good if you really don’t want to lose any muscle, but you will be hungrier lol.
