Completed rolling 65s for May. Broke my fast today as well. I am also in my maintenance range, so I only lost a few pounds on the scale. …I feel healthier than ever and I’m 67! 🤩

I did ninety two hour fasts with a four hour eating window from the sixth of May until today. My current fast is up at ten AM tomorrow, had no issues and stayed on plan. I also set May as a no scale month so I will be weighing myself in the morning. I have gotten smaller as is shown in my clothes. What I do differently from you is I eat a strict carnivore diet and the level of satiety makes it difficult to overeat during my feeding windows. I have been doing carnivore since March 2023 and have lost over one hundred lbs with a great deal of healing besides. I have incorporated fasting all along going from twenty hour to alternate day to up to twenty one days.

I consistently walked every day 8k steps. Staying away from sugar 95% of the time. Eating enough protein everyday. I tried fasting my doing the other consistent things became more important. Also consistently applying my work habits was huge not getting overwhelmed And sticking to the plan. A big difference.

I will be doing a rolling 120-day fast for the month of June as soon as I finish this 10-day water fast in two days. I weighed 293 pounds in May. As of today, June 1st, I weigh 272 pounds. 😁 My goal weight is 140 pounds. I am 5 feet 4.5 inches tall. I ❤️ rolling fast. Thanks, Jerome, for the update😁

Yessss you're back in the 130s!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I ended May at 135.4 lbs. which officially pushed me to the maintenance phase towards the end. This was an awesome challenge. I love seeing you be a little lax and then get right back into your regiment. You're cutting yourself some slack and giving yourself room to actually enjoy your life and then getting right back on the horse again!! I'm monitoring my fasting with rolling 42s-46s for now and doing 72s in preparation for holidays and vacations. You'll definitely hit the 137s before July. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Well done, Jerome! I have been doing rolling 84+ hour fasts since March 17th (started trying in February, but sticking took a while.) I respect your choice to go no rules on a refeed day. I have done that. For me, though, I find I feel much better staying strictly low carb or carnivore on refeed days. Not because I won’t start fasting again when my window closes, but because my binge behaviors still tend to hit again if I take off all the breaks. Also, I just don’t seem to have the ability to feel satiated when eating sugar, rice, or pasta, at least until my stomach stretches. Your vids are always a good watch. Thanks.

Hi. I like those words" imperfect consistency". Because for me it was so difficult to come back again to fasting ( i did many water fasting, omad but ingained the weight again because of being not consistent or procrastinate maybe because those water fasting were too long. I think the rolling fasting like you do and uour refeeding is far better than other fasts. Thank you so much for helping me try again and believe fasting really works when we are consistent and accept we are not perfect and not giving up. I wish you all the best and to be happy and successful in yout life

Hey Jerome 👋, thanks for being an inspiration to all of us. I started my journey on May 29th because of your videos. I'm doing a 92 hours water fast and 4 hour window refeed cycle, I have completed my first cycle today 🥳 and I'm immediately doing my 2nd cycle back-to-back right now ! 😁👍 I plan on doing it for the entire month of June, to see how I feel (if I need to adjust something). And then continuing it over a period of 3 months if I'm good... then check-up again, and then until the end of 2024 if everything goes well 😁 Take care dude, much love! 🙏❤️

@@laurettamansion3172 The first 24 hours I just had plain water. The 2nd day I had an electrolyte tablet (I split the tablet in quarters and melt ¼ in my water in the morning). 3rd day another ¼ of the electrolyte tablet in my water again. And making sure to stay hydrated all day. Then on the 4th day (re-feed day) I waited until 10 A.M. to eat until I was full. In a 4 hour window ( from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. ) I ate: whole cereals with dried red fruits + milk And then a bit later at 1 P.M. I ate pasta with beef and broccoli. I was FULL very quickly. Couldn't even eat anything else even if I tried haha 😂. I Didn't count calories but all of those things must've amounted to ~2000 calories if I had to guess. No more than 2500. Then at 2 P.M. I started fasting again. Currently, I'm at 28hours of fasting (2nd cycle back-to-back) when I'm writing this comment 😁👍

Week 15: -0.8 -52.6 total 270.6 current weight The struggle is real. Last week when I got back from vacation i weighed myself. I was up 19.3 lbs. The vacation before that I had only gained 9. This time around I didn’t fast during the drive there. Could have had an effect. Anyways, after less then 24 hours I lost 10 lbs. About every 3 hours after I was losing 1-2 lbs until I was 2 lbs up. Those 2 lbs were a mother fucker. Took three days to lose them on top of the 0.8 as well. I’m just happy I’m on track and it’s going down. I don’t care how slow it is. 🙏🏻

I'm doing consecutive 60 hour fast (completed 5 starting around mid month). My main issue is that I was doing 8 hour refeeds, which apparently got away from me. The good news is that my fasting muscle is working, i'm not really hungry most days, but I think about food constantly. Will probably drop my refeed time to 5-6 hours and see how it goes. I'm also two weeks sober, so there's that. Keep it up!

I have to ask you a question What is the reason that you started fasting? I started to fast because for one I have high blood pressure high cholesterol, two I also have asthma 3 I am pushing 300 lb I'm 6'1. I need to fast to basically keep me alive keep my health in a better track than it was before and by fasting it also lowers my blood pressure so you are a lot smaller than me You probably have far less medical issues with your body so I want to know what is your purpose for fasting?

I fell off the wagon so bad that I have added lots of weight just in one month. How’s possible to gain this much in one month after a 19 days water fast. I’m confused! Does extended fast mess up with the metabolism or because I went back to bad habits? But this weight is too much in just one month😢. I deal with consistency, fasting isn’t really the issue for me but it’s going back to a fast after feasting🥺. I need help.
