Today's exercise is going to start the week off with a 7 Minute Full Body Workout from yours truly! 💪💪💪⠀

This workout is for some of you more advanced level fitness enthusiasts…⠀

BUT if you’re a beginner just modify the reps and do this at your own pace!⠀
⠀
It’s gotten pretty hot outside which is perfect for you to get an extremely effective workout that’ll get the blood pumping for the day! ☀️☀️☀️⠀

This workout is great to give you that full body burn you've been looking for in short amount of time.⠀⠀

It's perfect because it is a quick, and effective way to get results. 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️⠀

I enjoyed this workout! Will definitely keep it in my routine. Just one thing getting up and down is very slow for me so by the time I'm in position I miss a lot of reps.

This is a wonderful workout! Thank you! I'm 72 and have been staying fit now for 22 yrs ... but before that..OY.. at age 50 I was way OUT of shape. I was 60 lbs overweight very tired and ready to give up. I looked so old. I saw myself in the mirror one day and... couldn't believe it was me! SO i went EYE TO EYE! to myself at the mirror and said "I want to save you! I want you to be healthy and get to live to enjoy life .....maybe even see grand kids someday" ... ( my first grandchild has arrived! ....3 mos ago!!) Anyway I made a pledge to myself that very day to "take a WALK every day from this day forward EVEN IF IT'S JUST 10 steps out the door and back" And I've kept that pledge now every day. It went to 20 -25 mins after the first year but bottom line I made my pledge easy. "10 steps and back" so there was NO way to fail it! (now it's a 20 -25 min walk and for past 14 yrs is daily up 400 stairs but that "10 mins" still sticks and still counts if that's all I can do if sick or traveling or ??) My mind now sees that daily 20- 25 min as a POSITIVE BRAIN PATH . Ive stayed with it because now my body WANTS that walk and my brain knows it's something I look forward to. I do the walk very "Mindfully." too and that's important part of it. Each step I'm reminding myself what a privilege it is I have two legs that work! Around same time 20 yrs ago I promised myself I'd do floor exercises as well -- even just 10 mins EZ stretchs . because I know now important it is to stay Stretched at ANY age, but espec over 50 So I've been doing a 20 min combo of Pilates and Yoga after my walk (I took some classes of each to learn proper alignment then put together my 20 mins) I generally do that after my walk. . Anyway I was needing to mix it up a bit lately and found this VIDEO... This will be great to add in to my Daily and It's a super Kickstarter to use to send to my family OR when I'm traveling and only have 10 mins. THIS ROUTINE is perfect! Thank you Meredith!

I really admire your strong determination & willpower! It surely strengthen & encourage me to get out of bed & go for walks & start exercising. After the 5 different Chemos (for 5 months for my Lymphoma), I became very weak & just gave up, became bedridden. Now thanks to you & Meredith & Jehova God, I have a new mindset. What a blessing it’s been to have found your workouts! From age 40 to almost 44 I practically didn’t exercise at all except to walk my dog. We walked fast. But I wasn’t doing any strength training and I was starting to get flabby 😮. It really bothered me, but I never was motivated enough to do anything about it. This video popped up one day and I thought, “I surely can make myself do a 7 minute workout.” So I tried it and I enjoyed it. Especially the 7 minute part 😂. Then I found the bat wing arm fat workout. So I started doing both every day. Then I found Gaby’s standing ab workout. Now I have done all 3 EVERY morning for over 100 days in a row! (I’m kind of an all or nothing type of person.) Takes me about 20 mins to do all 3 if I skip explanations, etc. I feel SOOOO MUCH BETTER! THANK YOU so much for your videos! My self esteem is better and I’m feeling great - and not flabby anymore. These exercises really work!

For my current health condition for a week I only do these exercises. I'm much slower than you but I don't give up! A little and slow is always better than nothing! C'mon people we can do it! 💪

Many thanks Meredith for these wonderful workouts; I especially like the ones I do lying down cause they give me the energy to get up and do the others, and even go for walks too! I do know for a fact that the breathing combined with the exercises r really what Packs-the-Punch soto speak cause NO BREATH no LIFE! It definitely makes sense! I am age 12 trying to loose weight il be back in a week see you DAY 1: I feel so good and sweaty DAY 2: I did not feel sore from yesterday and the workout made me feel so relieved DAY 3: felt so much easier and lost a bit of weight (can see a change on my body) DAY 10: Sorry for skipping commenting down the names but i saw a lot of chnages

I am 40+ and have started with this 7 minute routine. It’s just 3 days and believe me.. my weighing scale has started showing some movement.. it’s indeed a miracle.. I had been workout freak earlier with regular 1.5 hours training three times a week with weight training, abs, interval training and yoga stretches at the end till pre covid era. Then I lost it and started putting on weight and no matter what I try, no change.. But now seeing some light after so many years.. scale is actually moving.. and I am not even on any specific diet.. just that one serving of salad and one banana and little or no junk.. but no change in other homemade meals intakes.. stop this is working.. it’s unbelievable to get results with just 7 minutes routine thanks for these videos.. happy with the health now ❤

Wow! I wish I could reach my right BMI again! I remembered when I weighed 109 & my family thought that I was way too skinny: so they encouraged me to get fat because in Jamaica, FAT is GOOD! Little did I know that was only a "Feeling!" Didn't realize what I was doing to myself until I was way too overweight, developed diabetes.. and the list goes on. I have been doing Mere's workouts & although I haven't lost much weight; I definitely feel much better! Thank you again!

I am legally disabled from back issues which started in my 20s and I am only turning 36 years old next month! I was able to do this entire workout as my very first time watching one of these videos from this channel! I will follow-up how I feel later as I usually end up in horrible flare-up anytime I try doing any type of stretching and/or exercising.

Just completed this exercise which is awesome. No more gasping for air. No more panting. Easy to follow and yet give your body a blast!!!! Though it is a morning workout but it ends my day well!!! Yippee!!!

Hi @ManayerIdk! 😊 As long as you feel comfortable and able, yes! 👍 Any kind of activity is good for you, especially when it comes to working on every part of your body. 💪 I do suggest you take at least 1-2 rest days per week so your muscle fibers can rest and recover. ❤️

Hello Meredith! I have been waiting for this!! I am 60 yrs. old and am needing a huge change! You are so supportive and I appreciated in this lesson, how you took us through everything first. Even the first time for me, I at least knew what to expect before the actual workout! It is very doable for me, even though I was out of breath a bit, I still was able to continue because I knew it would soon change to the next exercise! Thank you!!!

I get so frustrated with online instructors but you are a welcome refreshing change, not sure what you do differently but you are a pleasure to listen to, easy to follow and even if it doesn't change my body dramatically (don't know yet just a week in) my mindset is so much more positive, big thanks x

Totally agreed! Love her short but effective routines. Doesn't take all f...day... draining every drop of your energy. YET u feel the effects and benefits! She's like a fresh breath if air with a very encouraging positive attitude! Reminds me of my younger aerobic classes...gym days! Miss those days! Used to be a gym member for 40 yrs ..now 65...do my own thing at home with the little home gym I have created over the years!

I’ve recently started the Miracle Morning routine. It includes exercise. I love to workout in the afternoon/evening so I started looking for a short workout to do as part of TMM to get my blood flowing. This is perfect! I can still do a more intensive workout later in the day. Thanks!!

Many profess believers of Jesus Christ believe that the fourth commandment to keep the Sabbath holy was nailed to the cross and that we no longer have to keep it, while still embracing the other nine commands. Do you believe this? Ask yourself this question: which one or ones of the following Ten Commandments do Jesus wants us to keep and obey? 1. Thou shalt not have no other gods before me. 2. Thou shalt not make or bow down to gpl raven image. 3. Thou shalt not take the name of God in vain. 4. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. 5. Honor thy father and thy mother. 6. Thou shalt not kill. 7. Thou shalt not commit adultery. 8. Thou shalt not steal. 9. Thou shalt not bear false witness. 10. Thou shalt not covet. Answer_________________ The Sabbath command is not only to be kept but it is to be calculated by the Time/calendar God ordained in the beginning of creation, Genesis 1:14. The sun, moon and stars are God’s True Time/calendar not that famous Gregorian calendar hanging on our walls in our houses. The Sabbath is calculated by the sun, moon and stars. This split in God’s law must be repaired!! All of God’s laws, statutes, judgments and testimonies are just and true! We must do things God’s way or else we will be worshipping him in vain. There will be no good reward. God may allow the people that rules this world to enforce some type of Sabbath law to test people to see if they will keep His law or no. Already, there are Sabbath laws/blue laws/Sunday laws on government books today. Friday is not the true Sabbath. Saturday is not the true Sabbath. Sunday is not the true Sabbath, etc., because they are calculated by man’s time/calendars. This information is helpful both now and future, to get back to God’s ways and be able to choose wisely if such a “Sabbath Test” is enforced. Let us read our Bibles, seriously repent of our evil ways, stop worshiping other gods, talking about one another, stealing, killing, lying, fornicating, adultery, disobedient to parents, etc., etc., etc. Worship Him that made heaven, earth and sea. This Babylonian system is falling, the Powers in charge are aware of this fact but they cannot stop it. Their time is coming to an end! Our time is coming to an end! If any worship the beast and his image and receive his mark, the same shall have no rest day or night and they shall be burnt with fire and brimstone. Revelation 13 and 14. Deuteronomy 5 Isaiah 58:12-14. Also, research the “Seven Noahide Laws.” I have heard that these are Jewish laws taken from their book, “Talmud.” The first law forbids idolatry and according to Jewish writings, to believe in Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is idolatry and is punishable by death, decapitation. I have also heard that some of the USA presidents have signed this law under “Proclamation 5956-. Education Day, U.S.A, 1989 and 1990” and, word is that, it is planned to be unleashed on all nations in the future. So, Research and see if these things be truth. May The Father of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

Damn! That was awesome. I kept up on everything except the full plank, because I think I injured a stomach muscle a couple weeks ago. Still really hurts in some movements (not muscle pain), so I’m being cautious when that triggers. I’m 71 and did them all!!! Thank you Meredith!
