I'm on my 30th day of doing these stretches and I'm feeling great! My posture has greatly improved, kneeling no longer hurts, stretching has become easier for me, I am more flexible, and I feel better in my body. Maddie, thank you so much. I wholeheartedly recommend taking on the 30-day challenge. Keep at it even if you miss a few days.

@@oliviajeanty2916I just completed my 7th day and I can def say my flexibility improved. That butterfly position does not hurt at all anymore haha. I still have to work on it though
I really liked this video but I gotta say, if I’m staring at the ceiling, I don’t look at the screen, so you silently continuing the reps was kind of hard, I obviously didn’t see you continue at first lol so for moments like this, it would’ve been good to have spoken directions. Other than that, I feel very relaxed and stretched, thank you!
As a 59 y.o. male who is prone to throwing out his back, I began this challenge to limber up and after 30 days have become a devout zealot of this daily core routine. Your guidance is spot on which helped me to really isolate, 'feel' and stretch the core joints and muscles which I was previously doing ALL WRONG. From barely touching my knees to now grabbing my feet - I feel SO MUCH BETTER and healthier. You really helped me to get my groove back and I can't thank you enough!

Only on day two and can feel the difference! I was in an deep depression last year and barely got out of bed, so to say the least trying to get my body to move like it did before has been a challenge. My body was so tight and stiff yesterday, and couldn’t bend to do some of the moves. But today I noticed I was able to hold and relax into stretches for longer, and feel young again. Definitely going to try my best to keep it up !
I'm only on day 3 of 30 and I notice a huge difference already, especially in my hamstring stretch! I feel like I can push myself to do it for a longer period of time with a flat back and my legs straight. Anyone can do these stretches so don't give up!

I absolutely looved this one! You explain those moves so we know how to do it properly and not to injure ourselves and make those stretches effective:). Even as a pretty advanced and flexible dancer this feels amazing. Sometimes just going back to the basics helps out so much!

I did it and I DID feel the difference! Especially in those hamstrings and hip flexor! I also like doing it for my neck cuz it's been killing me lately. Curious about your plans for IG content - I really loved your posts from 2020/2021 that targeted a specific area of the body and showed a collection of individual video snippets of each exercise (ex. Intense ab routine, arm workout without equipment) This format made it easy to bookmark workouts vs having to watch a reel all the way through for exercises. Do you have plans to release this type of content again? Appreciate ya!

I have been doing these stretches regularly as you said for overall mobility and muscular pain relief - it has so worked! This video feels manageable, even on days when I have low energy, and has significantly reduced my hip pain (more than physio ever has!) and reduced back pain. On Day 1 of this stretching video, I used to use your 30min stretching video and do that everyday, and my body felt so good after a couple of weeks but I've fallen out of habit. Now going back to making time to do those stretches, I know it'll be beneficial and help me. Thanks for the shorter routine!

Could you advise on stretches for those with knee and lower back pain? I was a ballet dancer for many years and now do super high-intensity workouts like Berrys and OrangeTheory. The cobra+child pose one is my absolute favourite. I start with that one. Havent tried the other ones, but I definitely will. I have a lot of back pain and sciatica, so it's difficult to work out, but stretching helps a lot.
