Remember the most important thing is to love your body even if its wide, thin, skinny, fat, all bodies are perfect! But heres a tip! If you really want to lose weight, do atleast 30 minutes of a workout but always rest in between! The most important thing is to be consistent. But as i said, all bodies are beautiful, dont hate it!❤

Committing to do 5 minutes is a tremendous accomplishment. I started for mobility, If I sleep too long I wake up achy, a 5 minute routine completely changes that! You're awesome for your commitment.
Guys rememeber to always love your body. You dont do this because you hate it. You do this because you love it and wanna keep it healthy!❤ Remember to love yourself aswell💕

I really love your routines. Hard, but manageable. Only thing I needed to modify was the side crunch at 7:30 due to my past spinal injury. I just can´t hold my lower back in that position without pain in my spine. But it´s everyone´s responsibility to know what their bodies can manage.
