Hey cassandra and anyone else with cystic back acne, i know ive mentioned this before but for my back acne the pixi glycolic body wash really helped me after over a decade of battling it. Ive gone to derms, and used the neutrogena salicylic acid for YEARS. The one product that helped me and acne scars was the glycolic wash. Im just sharing because back acne is super painful and there were times in my life i was too embarrassed to wear a swimsuit. I bought the pixi product thinking, "well nothing else helped, might as well give it a go". I literally didnt expect it to help as much as it did. To anyone reading this that has cystic back acne: perhaps give the pixi glycolic body treatments a try. Also be sure to wear SPF on your body after using an AHA.

Oh!! I used to have those exact symptoms a couple years ago, until I found Cassandra's video on fungal acne (sounds weird ik, but it's just different than normal acne, so I promise you that video is worth checking out, like today. I switched my routine and no longer have to worry about my forehead itching or those tiny bumps most of the time)(not mentioned in that video but what really helped with the tiny bumps was glycolic acid toner from the inkey list, as well as switching from a benzoyl peroxide wash to a salycilic acid wash instead. Wish I had done it years ago)

Using an AHA or BHA toner on a blemish and then a hydrocolloid acne patch is the way to go. Do not use so many products if you have sensitive acne prone skin! Simple is better gentle cleanser, alcohol free aha or bha toner moisturize , spf day and retinol at night. Hydrocolloid spot patch on active pimples

This is what I do since 2 months ago and my skin improved a lot, I use the low ph good morning cleanser by cosrx, then the Cerave moisturizer, spf. At night I use again the same cleanser, Paula’s choice bha exfoliant and my moisturizer. If I have active pimples I use hydrocolloid patches. Also one of my fav products for blemishes and spots It's the aha + bha peeling solution by the ordinary

Dermalogica is too expensive in Indian currency. So is Murad. Also murad's spot corrector is not available in India. After checking the ingredient lists of spot correctors I have ordered a Mario Badescu spot corrector. I think it should be good for stage 2 acne. For stages 3 and 4 my initial weapon is clindamycin and isotretinoin combo. Followed by azaelic acid, when the inflammation heals

i have tried the succinic acid treatment from the inkey list as i first saw it in your channel however it didn’t work for me but i know that it doesn’t mean it’s a bad product 🤓 and i also started to use dermalogica clear start breakout clearing booster and I LOVE IT!! wonder your opinions about paula’s choice BHA 9% spot gel 🙀

Im not sure if my acne type is different (only some of my pimples hurt so theyre not all cystic and i dont get a lot of acne), but that inkey list did not do a thing for me. I had these two stubborn pimples on my face and usually I use my ordinary salicylic acid, but i had dropped my bottle and it all spilled 😭 so on the hunt for something else i tried the inkey list one. The ordinary would at least shrink these pimples after a day or two. The inkey list one did nothing and i used it every night for a week. I dont recommend using spot treatments that often but it legit did nothing. Another spot popped up a little while later, i tried it again, and nothing. I switched to the ordinary spot treatment salicylic acid (the black masque rather than the clear liquid) and as soon as i used it, my pimples shrunk significantly the next day when i woke up

Do not let the sulphur get near your jewellery as it will tarnish it, I have ruined a couple of necklaces by not taking them off and I ruined a watch as well as I must have been sleeping on my hand, Take all jewellery off as I couldn't get the tarnish damage off.

As a Saudi fan of you who is only accessible to EU skincare and not US market, it’s sad that I haven’t seen you review or talk about French pharmacy skincare or European pharmacy in general ;(

I love the PC bha spot treatment of all time!! I already on my second bottle and it lasts for a long time imo so it’s worth the price :) Not sure of the percentages but I believe there’s other types of salicylic acid derivatives in the spot treatment hence there is a higher percentage but I could be wrong!

Thanks for the video, Cassandra! You're wonderful ❤️ I love a treatment that is not marketed as spot treatments, it is a lotion for the whole face, but from this video, I suppose that it could be at the top of the listed spot treatments due to its effectiveness. It has 2% of BHA, 5% mandelic acid, 3% niacinamide, 3% azeloglycine and licorice extract and it works perfectly even on super sensitive skin, oh my god ... I just wish I found it sooner. The only problem is the russian brand, and as far as I know, it is sold only in Russia. But if you have the opportunity to buy it, I highly recommend it. Called DTMS BHA lotion if anyone is interested ❤️

Hi Cassandra, hope you are doing well! I need help. I have acne prone skin, which I was able to get under control last year with a good skin care routine and living a healthy active lifestyle. Over the last 2 months, I've gotten the worst (for me) forehead acne, despite not changing my daily routine. I've put everything in place from double cleansing to eating less dairy products and I just don't know what to do anymore... ps. I love your videos; you are so inspiring to me! cx
