1. I made a small 1/8” cut in the rearmost top part of the new quarter panel then welded the metal back together. Then of course cleaned everything up with fiberglass then bondo. That gave me the gap clearance with the trunk that needed. 2. Since making that video, I have since changed my mind about the paint job I want. I used to want a show quality paint job. But now this car is going to be a very very nice driver. I am likely going to strip all of the chrome off and paint the car myself. I would like to take this car on more long distance trips and it doesn’t make sense to get a $30,000 paint job.

Can’t say for sure but I would guess 18
