60 Seconds of Tapping to release Anxiety
Feeling any anxiety right now? Maybe about something in particular or maybe just in general?
It’s normal after a long holiday weekend to feel a little anxious and overwhelmed as we try to re-engage with work and our normal routine.
If you’re feeling that way, join @alexortner.ts and take a quick 60 seconds to tap, breathe, and move yourself to become more present and grounded.

For anyone watching that’s in the middle of an anxiety attack, yes this works. I just came down from what could have been a full breakdown/episode. I’m so grateful ❤

The VA uses eft tapping for some veterans who have PTSD. It does work but you have to put in the effort. It’s not a one and done, some issues take 4 or 5 routines, some take 10 to 20 depending on the problem. Just depends on how bad you want relief.

Same! I’m getting better by reminding myself that it’s just symptoms of an overloaded nervous system, and I need to calm myself before it gets out of control, and I know the symptoms won’t hurt me. Be consistent with this every single day and believe that you will get better, and you will ❤🙏🙏
I wish I'd known about this technique 30 years ago. 😍
I’ve had awful anxiety for years now and this is literally the only method I’ve ever tried that helps when it gets too overpowering
love this 😌 what a useful tool!

🥹Thank you for this. I was sitting here on a stool at the kitchen cabinet on the verge of a full in freak out, and then I watched this video. I am amazed that tapping made the war raging inside me to calm down. Now I’m crying because I can’t believe I just went through that. It’s pretty scary.
This has really helped me in my worst moments.
Where was this 20 years ago, just happy I've come upon this lately, I'm grateful for people that create these videos. Life is good.
i love tapping.thank you so much.
I had awful nonstop panic attacks today and this stopped it! I did this 5 times. What a miracle!

my anxiety came back after 5 years and these tools are very helpful, for those who is suffering from anxiety, remember the most important thing, focus on your breathing, bcoz it feels like your breaths are running away from you this is why we feel like we are breathless. Catch that thought and focus on breathing deep breaths and long exhaless.
This really worked. Thank u
I 've thought about my thinking and behaviours a lot...have to be honest that I think the drama and catastrophizing feeds my ego and makes me feel important...like 'no this actually really is a very big deal'... its like this dysfunctional mechanism of creating a drama developed as it at least fed my ego in times of anxiety as a compensation... sort if at least I then didnt feel worthless and terrified.... so I've got to work on this to buy into the tapping and let myself calm down rather than panic... if you see what I mean... I'm sometimes too busy or exhausted not to slip back into old dysfunctional patterns/ habits... But I'll give this a go...
Thank you! I did it twice and I feel better, but I wanted to cry at the end of second round. I guess body asks to release anxiety through tears.

Yes, I would look into what is behind the tapping more. When the trauma and hard feelings stored in the body are released, it can be very emotional. I don't know a lot about it, but w/ an EFT practiioner, some sessions can be very emotional when the practitioner zeros in on specific hurts and problem areas that need to be released. So your body is really responding to this.
Thank you. My life is in turmoil and honestly am worried about my self . I'm having a nervous breakdown and I'm using this all the time. To deal with the horrendous anxiety vomiting fainting . ❤ thank you Subscribed 🎉

This really works i learnt this in therapy..
The first time I did this was a few years ago and I thought of our broken medical system that allowed me to remain sick, and have to retire from my teaching career, because of breast implants and mold. I broke down crying at the losses I’ve endured and still am enduring.
I needed this. Thank you
Used it for 20 odd years it doesnt always work vut when it does im grateful EFT
Thank you
Needed this today! Thank you!!!
My sister did this and slept comfortable in years
Thanks 🙏🙏

This is such a good lifeline. Courage fellow warriors. ❤
Thank you, Alex, for this quick guided tapping session. I have had anxiety all my life and this does help. After 3 rounds, I feel calmer.
Thank You Kindly
Thank you I appreciate it so much. The way it was looped was perfect, no pause inbetween
Wow that really helped
I don't know why this is the only thing that helps me but I love that I finally found something that does help.
Neurophysiological tapping is very helpful also for kids. Before exams, operations or anybody who is stressed or feeling desperate. ==> Easy one: just tap your breastbone for courage! Like gorillas do. When you experiance a traumatic or stressful event: tap both your eyebrows with dominant fingertips (hand you write with) and top of head with the other fingertips of passive hand. 🧡💙💛 happiness and inner peace to all🙏💫
Wow, big thank you!
This is great!
It's hard to focus with a handsome man guiding me 😂❤.
Thank you 🙏
I was having the worst anxiety attack of my life, my body was shaking, I was crying uncontrollably and could not bring myself out of it. I am truly amazed. I don't know how this works, but I iet this video loop about 5 times, and I was calmed down. I can't thank you enough ❤

Thank you so much. Recently I’ve been having trouble sleeping at night because of fears and anxiety about the future. I repeated this about 10 times until I cleared my mind from negative thoughts. I think it’s going to be my bed time routine.

Thank you for this. I’ve had it on a loop for a couple of minutes now, and it has really helped.
This exercise was taught to me by my therapist even when I already started taking medications for my anxiety and depression. At first I thought there's no way this is working but it takes repetition and internalizing the exercise, your words, as well as the breathing part. It was very helpful.
Wow. I immediately went into tears...ty
this felt so good and relaxed me so much thankyou so much

I've been doing tapping for six days using videos we have here on YT. So far, it hasn't worked to relieve any of my illnesses. If anything, I get more panic attacks (with rapid heart beats) in my sleep than I did before. Anyone else have this experience?
😊
It works guys 🥹🥹🥹🥹, thank you❤.
I've been doing this I'm so anxious
I am haveing a hard time breathing still but this helps a little bit I hope I get better
Today I was experiencing a lot of fear that my partner is going to leave me. This video really helped me to calm down and get more centered.

You might want to try keeping a journal to see what comes up as you tap so you can see if you need to go deeper or adjust the tapping.

Hi Charise, Instead of tapping, try lightly pressing on the points and that may make things better. :)
You are so clearcut but dont explain where you tap. The more simple, the more powerful. Thank you for sharing.
Sorry to ask, but what does the tapping do please?
@TheTappingSolutionChannel

Tapping is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Tapping on these 9 meridian points (the same used in acupressure!) sends calming signals to our brain letting it know it is safe to relax. You can learn more about the power of EFT Tapping by visiting our website! ❤️
Is it normal if I start to cry while doing this...
