    Thanks, Alex, this was great! I started with a probably 8 and I'm down to a 4, feeling much better about the job I have to do now. This is a great app and I have had it for abt 3 yrs, and everybody should have it ❤

    Alex, this was very helpful. I started at about a 7 on my day off today. Was feeling stressed about it all and after Tapping, it went to about 4-5. I'm going to do it a few more times. I like the way you explained things. Thank you. I find you easy to follow 🫶
