    What a well directed advanced pilates full body session. I LOVED IT. I did have to modify due to a shoulder injury but am planning to do this one at least 3 times a week. Thank you Lauren! GREAT JOB to your student! AMAZING job!

    Whooooooo OMG I JUST FINISHED! That was an amazing workout! I feel alive and energized. I tried the intermediate before and its great this one is killing it though! I’m going to try to do this every day! Thank you sooooo much for this class! ❤️

    I found it!!! I love your work! Especially this 60 mins video! (There are short videos which cut the flow of the whole work out..T.T so I needed to find full hour work out the set video with good pace! and I found it!) Please please please make more of advanced Pilates mat work video with various routines ^-^ Thank you so much!

    wow that was a challenging one! The only comment I have which I have had for many videos is that in some exercises you cant see if the legs are together or apart. I wish there was instruction on that. I appreciate these videoS!

    A fabulous more classic class with such clear instructions. I have been doing pilates for over 10 year but always find Teaser pose a challenge. Is it ok to bend my knees or should i try keeping my legs straight.? I dont seem to have a flat spot at the bottom of my spine so loose balance and cannot keep my legs up and straight. Most other excercises i find reasonably comfortable and enjoyable. I am quite flexible and also do quite a bit of intermediate yoga,

    Great class and I liked that this was classic pilates. There are some places in the video where the audio is garbled (or she didn't articulate or speak loudly enough). I will definitely take this class again.

    I hate this video so much because it kicks my butt every time!! Great video. Those hip circles wreck me. What can I do for a modified version?
