    The 3 way cossack is one of my favorites. Papa Kurz has a version where, once in the lunge, he continues to rotate and it stretches the outside of the trailing leg. Thats also a pretty nice one. You can lean into it and get some side torso too

    That intro 😅but this is all your fault! You should know that facebook and social media in general is a ZOO. The best you can do is make a big bowl of popcorn and enjoy the show😀I do 3 way cossacks a lot at work - among other stuff, like hanging, squats, shoulder stuff, and it's life saving in a 12 hour shift (and I learned this from your previous video).
