    Been doing your morning mobility routine for around 7 months now and I am loving it. Love this video as I have pain in my lower back so always looking for movements to mobilize my back more! Thanks for the videos!

    Thanks for this, i find there aint as many ressource for back mobility and flexibility as there is for hip flexors, and it is a problem for my splits and high kicks

    With a lower back/thoracic spine injuries and stiffness background and from my personal experience I can say these are great for maintaining healthy spine when you have it but do not do 3d twist first day after serious injury especially without consulting a doctor lol and/or with weights when you are not at elite level. When injured, you want to start with some simple stuff and build your way back up (I find waves/rollups with some softer twist especially good for rehabing from soft pains in lower back after heavy day in the garden etc.) Neutral spine is generally for heavy lifts/hardcore problems with moving when injured/sitting
