    @@nikkamendoza i do agree with him/her. Like waking up early. This is not a healthy habit. Sleeping enough is a healthy habit. That is different. Being productive is not a healthy habit, this is a productive habit, a useful habit. No motivated person will just wake up early and stare the wall all day long, doing nothing useful

    This is the formula for a Happy and Healthy life. Meanwhile we tend to ignore it, because it takes time to make them a habit. People dont want process’ and things takes time. They want shortcuts and everything for now, thats explain why we live in an era of anxiety and depression.

    This might be a bit random but I am a really underweight college student who has been going through some stuff lately with the usual nihilism but around 3 months back I saw a friend come out of her unhealthy lifestyle and then I saw your videos. Seeing you, a healthy thin person, I thought maybe if I workout I'll be a bit better. So it started with the 10 mins abs workout in my room on my borrowed yoga mat. Fast forward to today I'm a few steps nearer my weight goal, I've following a bunch of other routines along with yours- daily 1:30 hour workout with 2 rest days, eating healthy, waking up early and I can't begin to tell you how much better I feel. I am still very nihilistic but working on myself, increased self satisfaction and so on has helped me so very much. I owe you a lot. Thank you

    I saw few other videos that claim getting up early is a healthy habit. However there is no socioeconomic difference between early and late raisers, and going against your circadian rhythm might be damaging to health. I am a late raiser and getting up early is a torture and it makes my day miserable. However I really do like my evenings/ nights. I also found a job that suits my circadian rhythm. I causes much less stress and anxiety. I think the healthy advice would be sticking to your circadian rhythm and working around it if possible.

  • @nobody3938

    @nobody3938

    2 жыл бұрын

    I think that totally depends on the person. :) for me at least, I always thought I was a late riser - but after trying to wake up early, I realized I'm wayyy more productive and overall have a better sleep. :) No offense though. I think it's more about if you already know you're waking up early, you're more likely to go to sleep at the same bedtime and therefore don't spend so much time on the phone shortly before sleeping.

  • @uampire97

    @uampire97

    2 жыл бұрын

    @@nobody3938 I'm glad that you found your sleeping rhythm that works for you. yes, circadian rhythm differs in different people that's why one size does not fit all. You're right, having a healthy bed time routine is very important whether your an early or a late raiser. I think there is many late raiser that go against their sleep rhythm because of social pressure and work/life arrangements. I was one of them.Because of videos like that people may feel uncomfortable and anxious about their sleeping patterns, thinking that it might be unhealthy when in fact there is nothing wrong with them. That's why I wanted to make clear that a really good advice would be to work with your circadian rhythm and not against it. Also I would recommend to read about the detrimental effects of disrupting your circadian rhythm.

    Loved all these points honestly. Simplistic but easy to skip/forget some. I love the feeling sense of accomplishment after getting/being organized tho! Weak spot is moving my body and I could be eating much more whole foods/decrease the processed. I agree with the get up early yet I already work a job at 5 am where I know im forcing myself to get out of bed at the last possible second. I keep pushing off changing this work schedule since I get paid more to work early in the morning like this. I like u said in the beginning "dont be afraid of change" cuz felt almost targeted there but in a good way haha 😅😇

    Well I suppose when all you do is make videos and don’t have to work a 9-5 with other life commitments, you can be this chill and get everything done.

    Maybe she does work but with a different time range. I still get your point though since I work around 9 hours a day so it's pretty hard to maintain such a relaxing lifestyle but I do still catch up on doing some relaxing habits.

    I think the hard part is not realized that these are all healthy things. The hard part is having the dedication to stick to them most of the time and not take an easier route. It can also be discouraging to people if they jump in all at once, Ive been exercising early in the morning for a while and trying to eat healthy but I still haven't been consistent in things like staying organized or drinking water. It really is a slow process so its important to go at a comfortable speed.
