Upper Body Dynamic Flexibility Routine
Here is a small follow-along routine for upper body dynamic flexibility.
As always, this is not meant to be the end-all ultimate routine. Just a few exercises and sequences to help develop elasticity, release tension and increase energy.
Enjoy!

Thank you!
Awesome routine Yuri. Thanks very much, you are an inspiration. Please, let me give you one suggestion for further videos: thoughts on slant boards as stretching/strength tool and how to use them. Best luck for 2022.
you are incredible. thank you for sharing this. I feel so good after doing this.
Truly underrepresented movements!

Gracias Yuri
Thank you for this video! I enjoyed a lot. This was a great warm up :).
I followed along the movements you show and felt great during and afterwards Right now I feel that blood and warmed up upper body and tried some rows with the rings. Very good patterns to use, thank you And also I remember you when I use that "sword movement" you explain in a past video with one arm to warm up the shoulder.

Great for boxers
I have issues with my shoulders, and this looks way too fast and dangerous to done like that. Even if I wasn't injured, I wouldn't like to warm up like this. Too fast and aggressive man.

that's cool. No one said you have to do it like this, it's just a potential option This video was not made custom for you, so if you know a good way that works specifically for you, that's fantastic. there is no absolute. I never make videos telling people what they should do or have to do, only offering them options to explore

@@yurimar Yes it's a way to do it, but I just tried to say that if you're going to instruct a large number of people of doing something in a certain way, it's good to let the beginners know of the possible "downsides". Simply constructive criticism.
