    Good stuff, dear Sensei! I understood those movements on quadrant quite recently, though I practice sambo/judo almost 8 years (start when I was 60 :-)). Tai sabaki is not a proper way of movement, but it is an instrument to deal with Uke: we use construction "elbow - knee - foot", straight spine to move him. In this case we use less energy (it comes also in this way, for example, when we row - strong muscles begin to act). So, while making tai sabaki we must keep it in our minds. And thanks for your video - I'll do those movements in my morning exercises❤

    It's about 18 inches each side (it's good to measure the width of your shoulder, and it will be each side).
